Lovely room.Broken elevator was annoying when your on 10th floor and the only working elevator stopped at every floor heading down but that’s not going to be a constant.Id certainly use facilities again.

Couldn’t believe that after paying close to $600 for two nights. I was charge a car parking fee ….at $35 per night… would have been easier to pay for parking on the street ….the TV didn’t work that great the pictures and the talking didn’t match up … terrible if your watching the tennis over all it wasn’t that good.. wouldn’t go back plenty more places to say in Geelong……

Overall happy with our stay, we were upgraded which was a nice touch to New Year’s Eve. However, upon entering the room it had not been cleaned properly. There was hair from the previous guests scattered across the room floor, we also had to rewash the plates and cutlery. There was no drying rack to place the wet dishes and Chrome cast did not work in the lounge room. Other than this, we were happy with our stay. Staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful newly built hotel. As soon as you step into the lobby it smells great and the staff are very welcoming. The hotel is plush and tastefully decorated. We had a standard room which had a huge shower and a comfy bed. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool which is small but adequate. The buffet breakfast was of a good standard. Would highly recommend.

The hotel and amenities are great but you get scam /ding for the parking. The staff does not share that parking is free on the street after 5:30pm and instead ding you for inside parking or send you to an alternate off site not convenient paid parking with whom they have an arrangement - feels totally dishonest, particularly for that big an hotel chain - why risk your reputation for $35 to $25?
