"Bella Vista" is a nod to our family's Italian heritage. Meaning "Beautiful View" There is no simpler way to begin to describe the allure of this piece of heaven. The entrancing views from the front porch will not disappoint even the most discerning traveler. With the ever-changing colors of the water, the gentle lapping of the water just steps from your front door, and the occasional rainbow stretching across the sky, Bella Vista certainly earns her name.

We have enjoyed 6 years of hosting and have been blessed with a loyal family of guests since the beginning. Bella Vista's popularity has grown thanks to our guests and the wonderful comments made about their experience. If your dates are not available, please check out our sister property; Bella Vista Breeze, which is just 3 doors down!! We want everyone to enjoy the wonders of Exuma. With 2 properties of our own and our network of friends within the resort offering a wide array of other villas to choose from, we can certainly find the perfect accommodations for you, your family, extended family, and all of your friends. Please feel free to ask!!

We welcome both short and long term rentals. For rentals over 2 weeks in length, we will hold a $500 security deposit that will be returned within one week of the end of your rental.

Bella Vista is thrilled to be part of the Guest Services Program at The Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club. Being a part of this program is what separates Bella Vista from some other properties. Our guests have complete access to the Pool, Fitness Center, all Watersports, Shuttle service into George Town, the brand new Hospitality Suite, and the concierge services of the front desk. Not all properties are the same, underpriced properties do not give you access to anything the resort has to offer. Be sure to ask all hosts in The Hideaways at the Palm Bay Beach Club if their guests have complete access to the amenities. If you are going to stay in a resort, you should enjoy the resort!

We believe your vacation begins the moment you begin planning. We are here to help as much or as little as you'd like. We have made all the mistakes and we have discovered all the hidden gems throughout the island. We welcome the opportunity to share what we have learned and connect our guests to our friends on the island. We are not satisfied until our guests fall in love with Exuma!

The large (almost 700 Sq Ft) unit provides ample space for up to 4 people with a King-sized Master bed, a queen-size Murphy Bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer & dryer, and our comfy lounge chairs to soak up the sunrise each morning. Thanks to a network of friends within the resort, if you are traveling with an extended family, we can also help find other accommodations for the rest of your party. Just feel free to ask us to help.

Palm Bay Beach Club is perfectly located right between Jolly Hall Beach and The Famous Fish Fry; all within walking distance of the unit. Convenience abounds for all guests with an on-sight restaurant - "Splash" and Rental Car facilities located right across the street.

Amazing Stay in Exuma – Highly Recommend!

Our stay at this Vrbo rental in Exuma was absolutely fantastic! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The direct view from the condo was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the stunning ocean scenery every day.The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-equipped place to stay in Exuma!

We had a great time here. Unit was clean, stylish and well appointed. Hosts Michael and Roseanne were very responsive and extra helpful with local knowledge and arrangements. This was our second stay and as magical as the first. Perfect - you will want to stay here!!

Our first trip to Exuma was especially rewarding! Amazing owners (Michael and Roseann) responded to all pre-trip questions and checked back with us asking if we had additional concerns. Michael and Roseann are passionate to ensuring a beautiful stay for their guests. We were blessed to meet them both and spend quality time together as they were enjoying a well-deserved break at their second location. Michael and Roseann went out of their way to pick up a surprise birthday cake, so it was in our unit upon our arrival, and they included us in an adventure! They are genuinely fantastic people! The amazing property manager flawlessly picked up groceries for our arrival and stopped by to say hello later in the week. The home is spotless and well stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals and to stay comfortable and relaxed. The location – well, it couldn’t be more perfect. Just feet away from the water, stunning views each morning with our coffee, a short walk to Jolly Hall and August Bay and convenient Splash amenities. Centrally located on the island allowed for short drives to George Town and pleasant drives to both ends of the island/Little Exuma. We will be back!!

Amazing property with stunning views

This property-and the service from the owner was well beyond 5 stars. It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Kudo's to the housekeeping staff, the place was spotless. Thank you to the prior guests or owner for leaving spare coffee for us, we arrived on a Sunday when everything was closed. If we didn't want to sit outside, we could relax in the living room and still see an amazing view. Jolly Hall beach is just a short walk on the beach to the left. For exceptional dining, take a very short walk to Augusta Bay. The only problem we had is that we didn't book a long enough stay. We will remedy that next time.

This beautiful property is 100% as advertised. Prior to booking Bella Vista, I read the description and reviews and I'm happy to say BV is truly a gem. The unit is updated and fully stocked; the view from the unit is gorgeous and the location on Exuma is outstanding as well. Michael and Roseann are wonderful and really do treat you like family. They were extremely helpful before, during and even after our stay! They went above and beyond to make our first visit to Exuma a memorable one. We hope to come back to Bella Vista or Bella Vista Breeze for a future stay

Bella Vista highly recommended for price and location in Exuma. Roseanne and Michael (the owners) were AMAZING! Can't Wait to Go Back!

We have stayed at the Hideaways property previously and really like the amenities. The cottages vary in terms of their comfort and supplies and Bella Vista is the absolute best. We really appreciated the chairs and umbrella and the stocked kitchen. The views are unbeatable - you can see the ocean from the bed. The owners have great communication in advance of arrival and made everything easy for us. We can't wait to go back to Bella Vista or the owners' other beachfront cottage.

True Paradise

We love Bella Vista and can’t wait to return! Michael and Roseann were the perfect hosts! They are so thoughtful, kind, reachable, and responsive. Michael and Roseann prepared us so well for our first trip to the Bahamas. We felt more like locals than tourists. The property photos are beautiful but being there takes beauty to a whole new level. Bella vista is pristine clean, updated, well organized, and mighty comfortable. The beaches and water were the best I’ve ever experienced. This was the first time that my husband and I have been in the Bahamas. The Exuma Islands are amazing! We are super-happy with our stay at Bella Vista. The view was beyond expectation, and the location could not have been better. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The staff at the Hideaways are very helpful and friendly. The packet that we received from Michael and Roseann as soon as we booked was very useful. Michael and Roseanne were always quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend Bella Vista. Thank you for a great experience.

Wonderful stay in Paradise

Had an amazing week in Exuma staying in this perfect unit right on the beach. The place was immaculate and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We visited many of the places listed in their recommendations and enjoyed them all. Loved the secluded beach around the corner at Jolly Hall. Perfect location, beautiful property, wonderful hosts. Michael and Roseann answered all our questions promptly and reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. You couldn't ask for more personal service than that! Bella Vista was just so homey and inviting and had everything we needed or wanted. Location on the beach and the access to Hideaways amenities just added to the overall great experience. We have been to several Caribbean islands but this is probably our best vacation ever. Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista.
