Welcome to Boat Harbour Store Cottage this perfectly positioned Victorian home combines old world charm with contemporary and modern living.
The home is well equipped and perfectly set up for couples, groups, or families. Sleeping 10 guests across 5 large bedrooms, master suite with ensuite. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs in the attic.
With an open plan kitchen, dining, and two living areas there is space to chill out and be together, this stretches on the back deck with BBQ and down into the grassed fully fenced yard. There is also a large front veranda and large table that can accommodate a group leading off through the French doors from the house.
For your convenience and comfort, there is split system heating and cooling as well as a wood fire, full laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi.
The central location means you can leave the car at home. Enjoy an easy 150m stroll to the village centre for coffee/cocktail at , āthe Hillā or a leisurely Sunday morning breakfast, swim in Boat Harbour Ocean pool at the bottom of the street, spend the day on the beach or just laze around reading a good book in one of the many sunny nooks within and around the cottage.

Beautiful Gerringong Cottage
Excellent location and very clean. Very well appointed, with comfy beads and quality linens. Upstairs has low head room and stairs are steep. We were lucky to have a tall person with us who could reach the microwave as it was on top of the fridge. Most people wouldnāt be able to reach or operate the microwave. Overall it was a lovely stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

What a gem!
Beautiful and cosy house in the best location! Walking distance to the Saturday markets, petrol station for firewood, and down to the boat ramp to see some dolphins! Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials, backyard to dry our dive gear, table/chair/toys for a toddler. My absolute favourite house to rent for a weekend away with friends!

Gorgeous cottage
We had our regular annual girls catch up here. Heaps of bedrooms, great space for chilling our. It was raining all weekend but that just meant we got to enjoy the cottage even more. We will be back
