Love my stay. Close to the city center and everything was in walking distance. Also the breakfast buffet was surprisingly delicious. Was hosting my parents there from U.S and my boyfriends parents from France and they enjoyed their stay as well. Definitely will come to stay again.

on arrival our room had pubic hairs left in bed. dead mosquitoes swuashed on ceiling, chewing gum on carpet and flies buzzing around was given another room which was bit better but did requore another before before we could go in breakfast staff some unqualified and front of house staff wuite artogant and abrupt manager dealt with our issues sufficiently don’t think we will return though

Although not absolutely in the old centre of Ghent, it was only about 5 minutes walk to the main hub, and much quieter than hotels right in the tourist area. A lovely oasis of calm to return to after sightseeing etc. I have mobility issues and the hotel was perfect for me, with everyone wanting to help if there was a problem. We would certainly recommend to others.
