Hervoragende Ausblick, schönes Studio

Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. Kommen bestimmt wieder einmal her.

L'annonce est probablement mal traduite en français. Lorsqu'on la lit, il est indiqué que la résidence à une piscine commune mais il faudrait dire qu'il y a une piscine communale au pied de la résidence. Idem pour la plage pour les tennis... L'appart a de beaux atouts, notamment sa terrasse, sa clim mais il manque quelques équipements : bouilloire, micro onde. Nous avon

Appartement mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die große Dachterrasse und der Ausblick waren einfach großartig. Für den Ab- und Aufstieg nasch Intra sollte man jedoch gut zu Fuß sein. Wir würden das Appartement wieder buchen.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Traumhafter Ausblick auf der Riesen Terrasse, selbst vom Bett aus kann man auf den Lago Maggiore blicken. Alles da was man braucht. Teresa hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank für die Tipps die wir noch mit bekommen haben, echt eine super Idee.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit atemberaubenden Ausblick

Eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Ohne viel Schnickschnack einfach eingerichtet. Die Größe ist für zwei Erwachsene Personen zu empfehlen. Für die Ferienwohnung steht ein eigener überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das haben wir sehr angenehm gefunden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Lago Maggiore ist nicht zu beschreiben, einfach nur klasse. Bis auf das durchwachse Wetter ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wenn wir wieder einmal am Lago Maggiore Urlaub machen, dann würden wir sofort diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen. Voortreffelijk appartement met uitzicht.

Voortreffelijk appartement met inderdaad een schitterend uitzicht op Lago Maggiore. Omdat er foto's van het zwembad op de site staan, dachten wij dat we daar gebruik van konden maken. Dit is niet inclusief. Kosten zeven euro per persoon per dag.

Unsere Zeit in dieser Ferienunterkunft war schlichtweg fantastisch! Die Terrasse bot einen unglaublichen Blick über den Lago Maggiore, der uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue verzauberte. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten, und dazu auch noch makellos sauber. Perfekte Lage. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt Maria, die uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art empfangen hat und uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt hat, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Auch beim schlechten Wetter macht die sehr große, zum Teil überdachte Terrasse alles wieder gut, so, dass man auch so einen „Schlechtwettertag“ mit dem grandiosen Blick genießen kan. Top FeWo mit top Lage, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein überdachter Stellplatz in einer abgeschlossener Anlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Top.

Purtroppo la struttura non è vicina ai servizi, quindi spostamenti continui in auto. Il terrazzo è bello, ma l'esposizione continua al sole (con queste temperature) e il posizionamento del motore del condizionatore, non permettono di utilizzarlo nelle ore diurne.

Perfekt!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub am Lago Maggiore! Dazu hat auch die spektakuläre Terrasse der Fewo beigetragen! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war prima, alles da, was man so braucht. Unser besonderer Dank geht an Maria Teresa, die uns bei Fragen immer superschnell zur Seite stand und bei einem medizinischen Notfall so toll geholfen hat!

Die Terasse und der Ausblick ist wirklich zum Genießen am Tag und in der Dunkelheit.Die Wohnung könnte mal einen Eimer Farbe vertragen (Wasserschaden Wand)und im Bad die Silikondichtung von Schimmel befreit werden.in der Küche alles nötige vorhanden.50 Stufen hoch bis zur Wohnung.Nach Verbania 30 min Fußweg sehr Bergig vor allen der letzte weg bis zur Wohnung oder alles mit dem Auto fahren.Hatten die ganze Woche kein Fernsehen also auch keine Musik.Mussten uns über Hamdy unterhalten lassen sehr teuer Wohnung ohne wlan

Grandioser Blick

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung; sie ist sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einmalig schön. Die Armaturen im Badezimmer sollten gegen thermostatgeregelte Mischbatterien ausgetauscht werden; es geht sehr viel Wasser bei der Temperatureinstellung verloren. Die Matratze ist für unser Empfinden zu hart, doch das ist sicher individuell verschieden. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt am Aufgang und die 42 Stufen sind zu bewältigen. Allerdings ist der Fußweg in die Stadt für uns (78 / 80 Jahre) zu anstrengend; wir waren daher immer auf das Auto angewiesen. - Abschließend verdient noch Maria eine besondere Erwähnung; sie ist sozusagen der "gute Geist" der Wohnung, immer hilfsbereit und kompetent in allen Fragen! Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Absolutely fantastic terrace and view

We had a great stay in this apartement with a magnificent view over the lake. The area is perfect for all types of experiences. The residence is very peaceful and quiet and close to everything. The lady who handed over the apartement was very helpfull during our stay with good tips to the area. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place.

superbe vue

terrasse grandiose avec vue magnifique sur e lac appartement très calme petit hic je n y avais pas pensé 43 escaliers pour arriver à l appartement et je suis handicapée pas d ascenseur pour le reste le frigo fait du bruit mais bon c est un détail heureusement il y a la clim donc nickel l électricité est un peu vetuste mais bon on oublie avec une si jolie vue pour les repas il est bien équipé mais nous on a rien cuisiné
