In beautiful North Zealand near Gilleleje, our holiday home is located in a sought-after summer house area (built in 1970). In the early morning hours, deer and hares are often seen on the lawn. The house was built in 1998 by the well-known model house company Planethuse, which is known for their furnishings, design and good materials. The house is located on a quiet road with no through traffic. There is only cottage traffic on the road, which makes for a quiet environment. It is a wooden house of 80 m² and painted in Skagensgul color. The plot is 1,400 m² in size.

The house consists of a combined living room and kitchen together, bathroom, hallway and 3 bedrooms. In addition, a smaller terrace to the east with garden furniture and a large terrace to the south-west with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.

Distance to beach: 400 metres
1,500 meters to Smidstrup: Coop, restaurant and ice cream kiosk/sausage van.

The kitchen:
It is a spacious and bright kitchen with stove with ceramic hob and oven, ventilation, combined fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In addition, 2 coffee machines (filter and espresso respectively), toaster and extensive equipment in kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

Living room:
From the kitchen there is access to the living room with a sunken roof, which provides a cozy interior. Furniture made of solid beech wood. Long table designed for 6-8 people. Wood-burning stove and electric heating. There is a TV and well-equipped internet radio with Spotify Connect.

The house has 3 bedrooms:
(1) Large bedroom (14 m²) with a double bed with 2 dining areas, chest of drawers and 2 cupboards.
(2) Room (approx. 10 m²) with a bed for one and a half.
(3) Room (approx. 10 m²) with a bed for one and a half.
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Washing machine and underfloor heating.

Terraces:
The house is located in an east-west direction. There is a terrace on each side of the house. On the east terrace there are 2 tables and 3 chairs. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee in the morning sun. On the west terrace there is a large table and 8 chairs. Also barbecue and parasol. Here you can enjoy the summer/evening sun. The cottage is located quite high on the plot, so you can enjoy the sunset until 21-22 (June, July and August).

The beach:
There is 400 meters to the public beach. There is a sandy beach. There is a bathing bridge that leads 20 meters out to the sandy bottom. There is a ladder from the bathing bridge down into the water. The water is perfectly clear and it is actually possible to see fish swimming in the water. Drive 4 kilometers and you will reach Rågeleje Strand with a nice swimming beach without stones. Drive 10 kilometers and you will reach the seaside resort of Tisvildeleje with Trolldeskoven. Above the beach there are tables and benches where you can eat your food, grill and enjoy a small one with the magnificent sunset.
