A Truly Lovely Hotel
Our highest recommendations for this spot. The accommodations were so comfortable and the best aspect was how well we were treated by staff. We were able to leave our bags with the front desk, both before check-in and during the day after check-out. Go for the upgrade, which includes access to their Executive Lounge and free mini-bar drinks and snacks in your room. Centrally located. It’s perfect!

Hotel looks fantastic in photos and great location in heart of the city Arrived late at night due to delayed flight Check in was fine Entrance and lobby seemed nice Coming out of lift on fifth floor still seemed ok - maybe a little jumbled design Room was nice and big but so dated Furniture looked liked it had been bought at a jumble sale or picked up from a house clearance - less shabby chic more just shabby Skirting board hanging off Paintwork chipped - and carpet looked like it had been down since 70s No water in fridge - just cans of fizzy juice Fan in toilet remained on even lights off and a constant air con hum or similar from outside room Bathroom grout dirty and the tartan tiles - why??? Bed was comfy - but apart from that nothing else to talk about Definitely not a four star - average three star at best Give breakfast a miss and walked into city centre for something to eat instead

Fantastic location, a minutes walk from the station. Close to shops. Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean but very dark. No ceiling light. Also wasn't told there was scaffolding along one side of the hotel. Woke at 1330am with workmen on there crashing about. Also not nice to open curtains in morning to find workmen right outside the window.
