So bad i stay for 5 nights and every day the cleaning room serves not clean only make the blankets and she leaves ( she keep the below on the floor, no bot tesho, no removes any thin from the floor) room ( 511-515 ) and the night before the last night I told the manger everything she say am sorry only and we will make full service than she didn’t do any thing to as !! The location not nice far from center The is mouse in the reception and all the employees saw it and don’t make any thing when we asq about the mouse and we angry they sadly surprised wooow!! First time in this hotel and I will never try the same hotel over the world.. جداً سيء التعامل ٥ ليالي لم تنظف الغرفه فقط تدخل لتعدل الكفر للسرير وتخرج ( تترك الوسادات عالارض - الكلينكس عالارض لا ترميه بالقمامه - اي شي عالارض يبقى مكانه - لا تضع كلينكس بالحمام - ) والليله القبل اللخيره تكلمة مع المديره وقالت ستعمل فل تنظيف للغرفه ولم يتغير شي بل لم تعدل السرير ايضاً موقعه بعيد وكايب يوجد فار بالرسبشن والكل يراه ولا احد يعمل شي وعندما تكلمنا بالموضوع اوحولنا انهم مصدومين لكن الحقيقه جميع الموظفين يرونه وعادي المره الاولى والاخبره للفندق السيء وبكل العالم لن اقيم به

Lovely clean comfortable room. Great staff. Dinner was delicious and my husband raved about his steak. Only minor problem was the eggs at breakfast were cold, but would certainly stay here again. In fact, I have already booked!

1. On both days the shower drain was plugged and over flowed. We had to throe all the towels to orevent the water from goung into the room. Initially we complaine to the cleaning staff. But nothing was corrected. Next time we complained to the front desk. We werr panicibg but thry just made a note of it 2.2. We stepped into the breakfast room. At 9.40 Before we took our first round of juice and tea, staff started annou cing LOUDLY, at each and every table that all the buffet will be closed and removed in a few minutes. At 9.53 am i asked the team leader whst happens to the customers coming in now.he shrugged his shoulders and said "well the food has been out there for four hours" No where else have we experienced such attitude in my 40 years of travel
