Okay, room a little tired
We had a room on tenth floor, nice enough. Bathroom was bit tired. Windows weren’t great as you couldn’t really see through them. Like they were really old and weathered. Hairdryer didn’t work properly. Bed wasn’t terribly comfortable so I didn’t get a good sleep. The proximity to the Ovo is perfect so I’ll definitely come back. Breakfast was okay…black pudding had no taste. Lifts weren’t great, think 1 was broken as never ever came.

Ok experience. Booked upgrade but Club Lounge oversold. Not enough space to sit, only beer and (basic) wine. No spirits, no Prosecco. Not enough food to go around. Lifts sporadically working had to use service lifts. Leisure club was ok. Jacuzzi amazing really warm and worked well.

Good location with lovely views over the Clyde. Friendly staff great to have a swim sauna and steam prior to dinner. I found breakfast food a little overcooked it would have been preferable to order fresh from the menu. Overall a good hotel

Check in was so friendly with Mohamed. Bar staff were great. Room was smashing, on the 9th floor. Breakfast was delicious. Only down side was the lifts broke down and for check out we had to go down the stairs (from the 9th floor)

Overall the hotel was excellent next door to OVO which was a bonus for us lovely location on the river nice walk along to city centre or you can get the bus x19 but we like walking can’t fault the hotel would stay again 5 stars thank you
