Okay, could be better.
The hotel is okay. Could do with some modernisation. The shower was too short for my 6', and the bath took a year to fill. I had to ask for extra shower gel on the third day because it hadn't been refilled. The staff were nice, but forgot to tell me breakfast times and where to get it when I checked in. Also didn't realise you had to go outside the building to get into the leisure centre (or walk up a few flights of stairs the first floor internally). And there's not jacuzzi.

Great Stay
We had a great stat at the Glasgow Marriott. Newly refurbished rooms looked amazing and clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food in the Cast Iron Grill and Bar was really enjoyable. I'll definitely stay here again as it was so close to Central station and the rest of Glasgow city centre. The best thing though was the free parking as a blue badge holder.

I stayed here for one night while attending a business function. Everything from the hotel lobby to the room was really nice and well presented. Staff were great. Food was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked the hotel for the gym in particular but this was closed due to refurbishment which was not made clear when booking and so was very disappointing. We were then woken up by hammering and sawing at 7.45am which was unacceptable and unexpected for a hotel such as this. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Sadly the gluten free choice was very poor. We opted out of breakfast as the gluten free bread was almost inedible ( dry and tasteless). However the staff could not have been more helpful but please look into your gluten free options. I believe there are many more people being diagnosed with gluten intolerance.

Although the location of the Glasgow Marriott was not convenient for us as tourists it was a very nice facility. Large modern room. Good dining options and the entire staff made us feel welcome. Simply lovely.

Staff were very friendly but on facilities and cleanliness felt more like a 3 star. Booked a king bed room and was given a room with 2 double beds instead. No dressing gowns in room and toiletries in the shower hadn’t been refilled. Hairs on shower wall from previous guests. Wouldn't recommend.
