It was nicely decorated, felt modern and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of our room and amenities was great but the windows in our bedroom needed a clean. Overall we had a lovely experience at this hotel and would definitely come back.

Could not fault the room itself and service however, was the location that let it down - right off the lift entrance so could hear everyone coming off the lift late at night, it also looked on to the railway which was very loud first thing in the morning. I didn’t expect either of these things for the nightly price.

We had an excellent time at the leonardo glasgow. Everywhere was spotless. Staff were all friendly. We had a view of the river. The breakfast was outstanding, literally everything you could want, traditional cooked, continental, omelette station, cereals, breads, sweets, porridge, mackerel and juices. The only complaint, which is small, was that the bed was a little hard for our liking. Oh, and the smell when you walk into the hotel, divine.

All of us staying agreed we needed to leave a review as we were so impressed. The staff were stand out at this hotel, everyone we came across was very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is so lovely, really nicely decorated and modern and very central location to everywhere we needed to go. It went above and beyond our expectations with all the little extras that not all hotels think about to make the stay feel special. It was also very well priced in my opinion for what we got. The breakfast buffet is lovely, plenty of choice and very fresh. We would love to stay again and will be recommending to others.

Location, staff are great. Walk just about anywhere. City noise, higher up floors seem more quiet from the street noise. There is grand station for trains so some noise there. But they seem mitigate it the best they can. Had a really good time.
