Rooms a little tired but staff amazing
bedroom floors feel dated and in need of refurbishment but rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and certainly wasn't disapointed. Great location too.

Hotel with some character - lovely staircase and corridors - and with some rooms overlooking St George's Square. I enjoyed being able to sit in the dining room for breakfast looking out on the Square.

Perfect hotel for a theatre trip
Nice hotel, with friendly staff, in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Glasgow. While it was right next to Queens Street station, there was no noise from the trains. This was the second time we’d stayed here for a trip to Glasgow and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great location next door to the train station!! Hotel decor is a bit dated but that wasnt really an issue. Biggest issue for us was the soundproofing!! You could literally hear every word spiken in both of the ajoining rooms

Lovely friendly hotel
This hotel is fresh and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the friendly staff. Situated next door to Glasgow Central railway station, we never heard a train the whole week it is so quiet.

Comfortable but dated, needs refreshen and bodge jobs fixing, such as lift call button being held together by zip ties, tiles in bathroom cracked, wooden toilet seats, shower heads that keep falling down.
