Hotel was clean, located just 5 min walk from Glasgow Central, 10-15 min walk to the main area of George Square and Merchant Street. Room is small, not much space to hang clothes, especially if staying a few days with winter gear.

great location, checkin was good, room is small, small WC, small space at side of bed. Corners of carpet were not clean. Temporary bar staff was very rude. thankfully temp manager from Dublin stepped in and sorted. Overall not spending money on the things which count are letting them down - Bathroom pod should be bigger bed to have more space at side. Ensure carpets are clean right into corners

I really enjoyed Motel One since it is situated across the street from Glasgow Central train station, so made travel very convenient. They have a lovely bar and lobby lounge, but no restaurant. Not really an issue since there are many restaurants, etc., in the area. I came and went as I pleased and the room was clean and surprisingly quiet for a city centre. Staff were very pleasant and efficient at check in. I would definitely stay again!

On arrival and check in - cannot fault, very efficient, welcoming and informative. Rooms general appearance very well, however quite small. Amenities were accessible, and very comfortable decor and bed. The TV wasn’t working, the main portal worked however, the only options available were radio channels, 4 at most. No entertainment options available. The AC wasn’t working either.

Good stay and nice ambience but need to do better
The room is really nice and clean, the ambience was great. I also liked the fact that they helped us store our luggage’s before we checked in. The only thing I don’t like is the free breakfast voucher that is not valid for your current stay but when you book the hotel next time. Also water all hotel gives water for free but this you will get water in your next stay. lol. They are so petty for something so cheap.
