Husband supposed to join me unfortunately work detained him so I was solo. Tv wouldn’t work kept changing channels had to switch off manually reported to very friendly staff in morning. They apologised and reported this over all felt safe and made very welcome. Will be back. Central to everything.

Good hotel, the lobby is the most impressive part. The rooms are very basic in comparison to hotels in the same area with similar prices. No wardrobe, soap dispenser was nearly finished in the bathroom. Not much area to hang clothes. Tv not connected to internet and missing Channels like ITV etc. breakfast is basic. No warm foods apart from boiled egg and toast

It was my first time at a Motel One. The location was superb. The parking discount at the local NCP car park was excellent and the hotel itself was beautiful and very quiet. Highly recommend

Dissapointing stay
The hotel was right about a venue which played hard core dance music until 3am both friday and saturday night. There was also other people staying in the hotel who were shouting at each other in the corridors as well as slamming/banging doors in the middle of the night. Sent the hotel a message as there never seemed to he anyone on the desk with how disappointed we are and im still to recieve a reply. Shower was the worst pressure as well as the hot tap. The tv didnt work on the first night and the second night it was mostly german channels with german language dubbed and german subtitles. Only plus was bar staff were really warm, welcoming and were happy to go the extra mile.
