Absolutely brilliant stay at the Address Hotel in Glasgow. Beautiful venue and the staff were delightful! Food in the evening and for breakfast was also top notch! Big shout out to Rhianna who looked after us for dinner. Superb service!

First time staying here and pleasantly impressed with the overall standard of the room. Nicely furnished and a really good size too. Lovely bar area which I’ll definitely be checking out next time. I use quite a few Glasgow hotels and wasn’t really aware of this one but I’m glad I found it. Will definitely be coming back!

We experienced some confusion with parking upon arriving at the property, and some minor issues with our room. Amiee was very helpful and kind, offering us a free drinks voucher and room upgrade for the inconvenience with the original room. She took the time to understand us and even personally left “Happy Birthday”, chocolates and a note in our upgraded room. The Address was the last stop for us on a long tour of Scotland, before returning back home. It was a genuine pleasure to be looked after by such kind and understanding people.

Almost a four star experience..
Reception welcome and decor was great, very decadent route to the single elevator, but the room we were given was very small and didn't match what we'd booked. After half an hour or so, we were offered another room which was better and bigger but still a few issues (lamp wasn't working, no bottled water and safe wasn't a laptop safe as listed) also the shower water pressure wasn't as good as you'd find in some of the chain hotels. Room and bathroom layout not as well-designed as some other 4* hotels I've been in, small bedside tables and shower screen is quite short which means the floor gets wet quickly. All that being said, the hotel is in and excellent central location and the staff, particularly Matt, were friendly and helpful.

The hotel promotes the SPA but it closes early at 9pm and then the morning after was off so I couldn't use it.. no point to promote if it can’t be used
