I stayed in the Voco Grand Central for 4 nights, with breakfast included in my stay and it was a lovely experience. No hassle, complimentary water and nice room service whenever I needed. The location is very nice as well, surrounded by nice restaurants and right in the heart of the city center. When I return to Glasgow, I will not bother looking at other hotels and will simply come here again. Highly recommend it!

Our only disappointment was the restaurant where breakfast was served was quite cold, and the food was not very warm. The hotel is lovely and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Staff are always so helpful and cheerful. A big thank you to the security guard Toby ( I think that was his name and apologies if not) based outside the champagne bar on 03/01/25 who was so helpful sorting my phone connection. Can’t wait until my next stay.

Our annual 2 night visit over the Xmas period was wonderful as ever. The cosy atmosphere in reception with Christmas decoration and mulled wine is always welcoming.

As soon as we entered the hotel we had a very welcomed reception from concierge helping us with our luggage. We got booked in before the scheduled book in time and even got a wee upgrade. Great location. Parking went well, no need to go outside as level 5 takes you straight onto concourse at central station. Room was nice and clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was superb! Overall great experience .

Very helpful front desk folks made my stay super easy and comfortable. They answered any and all my questions and concerns. The location cannot be overlooked but the food and the service are also great reasons to stay. It’s also pet friendly which just meant I bumped into lovely dogs throughout my stay! Cannot speak more highly of this hotel or its staff. Don’t hesitate, book it!
