Off to a BAD Start!
Arrived at 4:00 as instructed for check-in. Lockbox wouldn't open. After several attempts by wife and me, I texted the Vacasa 800 number. Got empathic reply. Would check into it. Offered to have someone come to our aid. Yes, please. No one. More texts. "Housekeeping was there earlier in th e day and had no problem." Oh, it's US! After two hours, threatened to leave and demand
full refund. At two and one half hours, a rep (nice lady) walked us through the problem. Seems they have been having some issues with this box. She walked us through and by 6:30 p.m. we were in. By that time we were fried. Vacasa gets a 1 rating for very poor customer service!!!
