Pleasant Stay
Courteous, supportive staff. Clean room with comfortable beds. Reasonable rates and very well located. The bathroom has been recently upgraded but the shower was dangerously awkward to enter and exit. Overall, a very good experience.

It was clean and comfortable, large, roomy, large and roomy. What I didn’t like was not the properties fault but I was right next to the stairs and being on the bottom level I could hear a lot of footprints footsteps up above me next time I’ll ask for an upstairs room and away from the stairs

Good for the price
vqry reasonable priced. We were surprised that such a nice site and location were offered at such a price. The rooms were a bit old but cleanly maintained. Good for the price.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bed was super comfortable.The hot tub was bigger than most and the grounds are landscaped nicely. It was very quiet which made our stay most enjoyable. If one is looking to rest and recharge, I definitely would recommend the Lodge.

Provided a good base for family stop over and pool was excellent as was the saloon bar and restaurant adjoins the property. Excellent recommendations from host. Highlight was visiting Arrowood winery - excellent wine tasting and very drinkable wines. The Fig Cafe round the corner was best meal of our three week visit to California.

My partner and I had a quick overnight in the area for a wine tasting getaway. The hotel staff was friendly and speedy, the hotel was generally quiet and clean, our bed was very comfortable. The hottub/pool and lawn areas are so nice! A quaint and beautiful place to stay.

Cute place. Loved the bar next door, live music on the patio when we were there. Food was good too. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The area is lovely. We went to the Jack London State Park and stopped at the winery on the same road. We had breakfast at the French pastry place walking distance down the street from the hotel. The major complaint would be the terrible shower in our room. It dribbled water from the shower head, really couldn't wash my hair. Needs to be renovated like the rest of the room. I would still recommend.

Clean, decent sized room, comfortable bed. Two comfortable easy chairs in the room. With average reviews of 9 out of 10 I think I expected more. I was surprised the coffee maker was a Keurig machine. No way to heat water. What about people who want to drink tea? No microwave, a small fridge that was humming all night long. Convenient parking - it's a motel. Old school, a real key to enter the room. No automatic closing of the door and you have to make sure that you lock it as you leave. Very friendly reception. No safe in the room. One measly miniature bar of soap.

It was a great location. The beds were great, very soft and comfortable. There was a light sconce burned out in the bathroom and a part on the handrail broken off in the tub. Maintenence on the property could be better.
