For guests on a short stay, we kindly request that you take care of your trash by helping us on putting out by the side of the backyard's gate when you check out or Monday/Wednesday/Friday night, the sanitation workers will pick up every Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday early morning. We wanted to remind that please do not overload the fragile plumbing system as it will cause trouble.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Stay Close to NYC!
We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to public transit and all the attractions we wanted to visit in New York City. The backyard was a great bonus, and our dogs absolutely loved it! They had plenty of space to explore and relax, making the stay enjoyable for the whole family.
