Knotty Chipmunk - Golf, Outdoor Pool + Story Land

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, grill, cable, and wifi. It is centrally located to all area attractions: Echo Lake, Diana's Bath, Jackson, North Conway, and all the valley has to offer!

Located in the heart of the White Mountains is the Linderhof Golf Resort. This lower level corner condo is across the street from Story Land! Enjoy golf on a par 3, 9-hole executive course. You also have access to the clubhouse and pool for a small fee.

Enjoy the comforts of this cozy open concept unit with high-end appliances, heat, and AC. The queen space opens out to a deck/sitting area and the second bedroom has double bunks for all the sibling and cousin fun!

Access to the entire 2 bedroom/1 bath unit. Private entrance with no contact check-in/check out.

GOLF- $10/per person per day- unlimited rounds. No reservation required for tee time. $15 for up to an 18-Hole Round; Push carts are $5 for up to an 18-hole round. Rates subject to change.

There is a new swing set (2021) next to the clubhouse, inground swimming pool, and tennis courts. The clubhouse is opened seasonally for food and beverages. This is where you will check in if you plan to utilize these amenities.

Please pack your own pool towels to use, if you plan to utilize the pool!

2024 “Daily Clubhouse Amenities Package” Rates (6 Guests)

One day use for families = $20
Three day use for families = $35
Seven day use for families = $55

Rate is inclusive of up to 6 people, additional $5/per person per day for groups in excess of 6 people.

Fees are paid directly to the clubhouse on site or through the honesty box. Please sign in if you golf, use the pool, or tennis courts.

Parking across the unit is available for 2 cars and there is an overflow lot in the area by the clubhouse.

This property was super cute and comfortable. Excellent location that you can hear the bells from Storyland. Kitchen was well stocked and overall the property was well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable with enough linen and towels provided. Great communication with the host(s). We recommend this property.

Knotty Chipmunk was very clean and modern, all amenities you need and perfect space for a family (double bunks were a huge hit with our kids) visiting the area. Description and pictures are very accurate. We would definitely book again!
