Very accessible to nearby attractions, but the hotel is overpriced to its condition. Needs urgent renovations and change of furniture. Everything is very old and overused. The breakfast is fine with an acceptable variety of options.

Impressive property!
This was a beautiful big property and the nicest Best Western we have stayed at. There were lots of trees and views of the mountains, pool, two spas, pickelball courts, play equipment, fire pits and a warm fireplace in the lobby.

Great hotel for a long weekend
Great location, within walking distance to most attractions. Our room was clean and tidy. Nicely updated and it looked taked care of. Hot breakfast was tasty and helpful to get the mornings started. The room entry door had about a 3/4" gap at the bottom which could be fixed with a larger door sweep. The dresser drawers kept opening because the dresser wasn't level. Both items we were able to work around with no problems.

Great price and great location, all staff friendly and helpful, only a 5 - 10 minute walk to downtown, Iron Mountain Hot springs, Iron Mountain Gondola, Glenwood Hot Springs, Yampah Spa and vapour caves. If I come back I would definitely look at staying here again.

Good Location and Breakfast
This hotel is in a great location with many amenities. It is close to hot springs and has pickleball, volleyball, fire pits, and a year round pool and hot tub on site. The breakfast was terrific with many options including waffles, cereals, breads, eggs, sausage, potatoes and even tortillas and green chili so you could make your own breakfast burritos. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could be improved. My only complaint is that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:40am on our day of departure. Why in the world was that disruption necessary when we werenā€™t schedule to check out for several more hours? Overall, the room condition was good and staff was friendly so we are likely to return in the future.

Iā€™m not sure if I would stay here again, but that has more to do with me than the property. Pros: Very close to amusement park and gondolas. Felt safe even after 9-10 pm. 15 minute walk to dining and hot springs pools. Heated indoor pool is fantastic! Outside pools are cool to the touch, and comfortable. I didnā€™t travel with kids but it was very kid friendly with plenty of activities for them. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options even after 9 am. Several vending machines throughout. Delicious coffee in the lobby all day. Cons: I stayed 3 nightsā€“housekeeping never came. They gave me trash liners and showed me where to throw the trash away :-/ But aside from that, I have sensitive skin and am allergic to dogs. I have never had to ask for special accommodations or anything but maybe I should have. One night I was so itchy and felt so crappy I had to get up and have a Zyrtec. It was hard to avoid the dogs . Again, this is completely my thing and probably not a problem for most.

Pros: amenities; pool, hot tub, pickle ball and tennis. Cute fire table and chair areas. Cons: For the price the rooms were very dated. Bedding scratchy and pillow have seen better days. The free breakfast was so-so and the times were early 0630-0930. All rooms have outside doors, noisy and were awaken to someone dragging their luggage down the metal stairs from the floor above. AC was either to cold or to warm with the fan only on Check in Staff was friendly at least

What a great place. We've stayed here before and will stay again. Walking distance to downtown and to Glenwood Hot Springs. Stuff on site for kids and families to do as well.

We had a great stay. Hotel is little outdated but room was clean, bed comfortable and staff was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing.
