My family and I went to Rifle to see the waterfalls, our stay was fine, the room was spacious for family of 5, only one thing, the sofa-bed mattress was so uncomfortable. But overall was fine.

Lady at the front deck checking us in had no idea what she was doing. Took about 30 minutes to check in & my credit card used for incidentals was charged $330 on accident & she couldn’t figure out how to reimburse my account.
