We thoroughly enjoyed our two evenings here. The town is walkable, the outdoor space was perfect for watching the game one night and a movie the next. The hot tub looked amazing and the table heater was perfect. Our room was comfy and had everything we needed for an incredibly peaceful and relaxing sleep. The tub was charming and breakfast was just enough to get our day started. Derrick is an amazing host and we felt right at home. We walked everywhere and he even had bikes if we needed. We enjoyed the hot springs and the dining options that were local. Donā€™t miss out- itā€™s an awesome option in Glenwood Springs

Had a great stay at this cute and historic BnB. Derek was very nice but i also felt like i had the place to myself. the building is full of history and makes you feel like a part of it. the room was quiet, comfy, and well air conditioned on a scorcher of a summer day! Walking distance to downtown, Doc Holliday Grave, the river, and much more. I had no issues street parking right in front of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly host. Nice comfortable room. It was built in the early 1900ā€™s or late 1890ā€™s so you canā€™t expect it to be modern. It was exactly what you would want an older B&B to be!

Perfect weekend stay!
This bed and breakfast was amazing ! I took my wife out to Glenwood for our anniversary and it was very special! The house is cute and historic! The owner Derek was super helpful when we checked in. The down stairs is very clean ! Snacks to be had and the muffins are delicious! Its a quick walk to downtown and in a nice neighborhood . The parking in the back is a nice touch. The best part was the patio at night. Set up with a little table top fire pit, a tv and a hot tub ! We highly reccomend for a cute spot that isnt your typical hotel room !

We absolutely loved our stay, it was so charming, quiet, and the hosts were impeccable. We loved the hot tub and clawfoot tub, and the ability to walk to everywhere we wanted to be! Only knock was the bed could have been comfier, a little stiff, but donā€™t want to knock an otherwise fabulous stay. Stay here, you wonā€™t regret it!

First time staying here, comfortable, clean, appointed nicely with interesting historical pictures and stories. Hot tub is a great way to end a busy day of activities. šŸ‘ weā€™ll be back, great value! Walking distance from downtown shopping and vaudeville show!

Absolutely charming! First timers in a B&B. We were greeted by the owner who gave us a quick tour and showed us everything we need to know and took us up to our room and left us be.
