It has its own private entrance, small fenced yard, loft bedroom (must climb a ladder), and various items need for your stay including a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, coffee, creamers, sugar, cooking utensils, shower, toilet, sink, TV, internet, DVD player, games.
Guest access
Side yard, main apartment are available and private for guest use only. Guests may park on street behind the house (School St), and may throw garbage away in the garbage can in front of the garage (on back of house).

We had a great time at this property! It is clean, quiet and very comfortable! Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and we would stay here again!
