Had ground floor room near main entrance. Background noise continually from services room next door. Single bed had no side edge support so felt like easy to roll off bed and had to keep finding better sleeping position to stop falling off. Hot breakfast okay if not over heated

The whole place have a stale smell to it. From the instant you walk into the property, you'd smell it. My room had a strange smell overnight, terrible experience.
