Fantastic! Friendly efficient staff and facilities for swim/sauna/steam room's and jacuzzi were excellent (could also dry swim costume after and towels were provided!) Room clean and had everthing we needed. Would stay again and highly recommend!

It's definitely not in Cheltenham and if you want to visit there, go to the Holiday Inn Express. Out in the wild and woolies but once there, a nice clean hotel.

Large comfortable bed, good nights sleep. Clean room and bathroom, complimentary coffee and tea in room. Large TV. Plenty of towels and shower gel/ shampoo in large dispensers. Breakfast was adequate, toaster very efficient unlike some slow machines in other hotels I’ve stayed in. Reasonable selection.

First of all the staff were highly professional and very helpful wherever we went in the hotel. The room and hotel were very clean and tidy and it was very quiet location . We enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back again, the only things is paying to park there , really not use to such extra charges to be fair.
