Nice short stay
Good well priced hotel. Good rooms altough loud in the morning with constant doors banging with visitors leaving. Breakfast good especially fried bread on the buffet nice treat. The coffee machine in the restaurant needs looking at as the coffee is insipid. Spa facilities good loved the jacuzzi showers maybe need upgrading. Well situated for visiting Cheltenham and Gloucester and Cotsolds.

Stayed here loads over the years staff and service is good as is the food, this time the air con in my room was broken and room temperature was 33c was to tired to talk to reception and change room, also the beds are getting old now and not that comfortable
