Holiday home in Osieki near a lake

Osieki is a small settlement on the shore of Lake Jamno. The village is adjacent to a seaside resort (Łazy), which can also be easily reached by bicycle path. The fenced property, where the hosts have prepared 2 comfortable summer houses for their guests, is approximately 500 m away from the lake. The two-story holiday house is nicely furnished. It is located in a quiet and peaceful location, in a private fenced area, which it shares with guests from another, similar house. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a double sofa bed and a table. The room is connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The entire first floor has been arranged into one large bedroom with access to the balcony. The house has a covered terrace. There is a set of garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue facilities. Electric heating. The fenced area has a fireplace, parking and a small playground. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, final cleaning, parking. Attractions in the area: 500 m from the accommodation there is Lake Jamno, especially appreciated by lovers of kitesurfing, windsurfing and fishing. There is a small grocery store in Osieki. There is a historic church and a manor house surrounded by a park, which is currently a hotel and restaurant. The R-10 international bicycle route runs through Osieki, which allows you to easily and conveniently get by bike to other neighboring seaside towns: Sarbinowo, Mielno (a larger resort with many attractions, restaurants, larger shops), Chłopy (a small, historic fishing village), Lazy , Gaski, Dabki, Darlowko. The beautiful seaside beach in Łazy can be quickly reached by bike or car (only 3 km, there is a bicycle path). Lazy is a small, quiet seaside settlement next to the noisier and more youthful Mielno.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bring towels. (Youth) groups are not allowed. E-radiators on site upon request.
