This 700 sq ft. spacious studio is perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a family of 4. The Eagles Perch offers all the creature comforts of home. full Kitchen, full bathroom, propane fireplace, washer/dryer, King Size High Bed, Queen leather sleeper sofa, and loveseat, TV, WIFI, large deck with propane BBQ, Adirondack chairs and ottomans. *Note: there is a downstairs apartment that can be rented for larger groups, check out our "South Fork Lodge" to rent both floors. Otherwise, the downstairs apartment may be rented to other guests.

Great little getaway
I chose to book myself a little staycation to get away and am glad I did. I found the stay enjoyable while enjoying the view from the property, not to mention the lovely sound of the water. Local nearby spots for food or treat (Reese’s ice cream in my case!) and nice people. Would recommend!

For the Mobility challenged this is not the place I'd recommend. The first 3 steps were at different heights and being that I have mobility challenges that affected my review. There are a lot of stairs up to the Eagle Perch which made it very hard on my wife to unload our car by herself for the most part.Other than that surprise it was a very nice setting and very well set up for all that we needed. Our dog loved it also.

Great place to relax
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the view was our favorite part. The location is nice, plenty of things to do nearby. I recommend walking to the nearby waterfalls and also visiting nearby Leavenworth! The owner was very informative and responsive. Overall good trip!

The views of the Skykomish River, neighboring peaks, and the stars at night were wonderful. Requires driving 1+ mile over a dirt road. Hostess is very helpful. We were lucky that it had AC during the July heatwave in the Northwest!

The view from the balcony was magnificent! We stayed 6 days, 4 people, and our dog. The cabin was clean, cozy and a walk away from natural falls. We also drove to two other nearby falls locations that were spectacular! You could walk through the natural area which was a treat! The cabin had everything we needed, would definitely come back!

Lovely escape into the woods
Beautiful house in the woods right next to the Skykomish river! The hosts are super nice and accommodating, very responsive and helpful. They even extended our stay for a day last minute.

Lovely cabin, great views, very quiet
Lovely cabin with everything one can need for a comfortable stay. Covered parking was great on snowy days. Free Wifi was useful as there is no network signal. Beautiful views from the veranda of the river. About 30 miles from the Stevens Pass. Three mile gravel road leading to the cabin can get snowy and may be difficult to drive through in heavy snow. We had to put chains on just to get to the main road. Overall great experience.

We had a blast staying at this cozy lodge. We couldn’t ask for better hospitality from our host. She was always there making our stay more comfortable. The location was excellent for a skiing trip at Steven’s Pass.

Relaxation Spot
We really loved this property. The location is superb being on the river. Listening to the river was soothing while outside on the balcony or when the window was open at night, but when inside with doors and windows closed you could not hear it at all. Great sound proofing. We had neighbors downstairs, but didn't even know they were there. The kitchen had everything you needed. We even cooked a Thanksgiving dinner there. Melissa was a delight and took care of answering all my questions in a timely manner. Can't wait to book again in the late spring or summer to enjoy the surrounding area without the rain. It was a great experience for us as we needed time to wind down from the loss of my mom this past summer. Thank you Melissa!

Great times in a little paradise
Me, my wife and my spoiled dog had a great time renting this place. We really enjoyed the coffee in the morning looking at Skykomish river literally in rock trowing distance. All the amenities were excellent and fulfilled all our needs. Just walking around and enjoying the views was really relaxing. We totally felt disconnected from the rest of the world and living in a little paradise. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Melissa for making this happen for us, Iulian

Breathtaking
The views from the cabin were Breathtaking. We could have spent our entire trip sitting in the cabin and taking in the views and been very happy. The drive in was beautiful. We got tons of amazing photos. If you're able to make it over to Leavenworth, it is definitely worth the drive. Super cute town! Melissa was great! Very communicative and great notes. The cabin was fully stocked and very comfortable.
