Didnt get room we paid for. Paid for waterfront marina view room but put in a pool view room, which was a nice room so we didnt complain. Very noisy party held in bar area so little sleep.

Being on a work/ and private trip, wifi didn’t work at all, tried to use gym as advertised, machines were broken, cords were snapped, such a safety hazard, the room hadn’t been cleaned/ vacuumed in ages, and it was so hot in the room, no ventilation or fans it was horrible, shouldn’t be advertised if nothing works or is broken and can be dangerous. Microwave wasn’t connected and couldn’t reach PowerPoint when we tried to turn it on. Bumped the corner of my eye twice on a clear shelf in the bathroom, worst design ever. Only convenient for movie world, everything is a drive away. Restaurant was over priced and didn’t open until 6pm, and pool also hadn’t been cleaned In ages so filthy and around tiles/ Walk ways, needing blowing down hosing, had to wear shoes it was gross. etc. over priced for a super basic place with no working wifi.

The property was in a convenient location for me. It was quiet and the staff were reasonably friendly. The room I was in was run down and dirty. The carpets need replacing and the room needs a proper deep clean. I wouldn’t consider walking on the carpet in bare feet. Outside of this it served my needs for the night.

I have to say, yes they refunded just under half of my booking cost, but apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, it looked like it was still under construction and I don’t think they cared? My booking site gave me a discount which is out of my control, but it seemed that the hotel didn’t appreciate that I got the price that I did so they gave my family and I, an unfinished apartment. Needless to say, once bitten, twice shy. Never again. I don’t know if this is how they usually operate, but it’s a no frills hotel this one.

We think the housekeeping staff are letting down this beautiful hotel If they spend a little extra time and pay attention to the cleaning process the hotel could be highly desirable and more attractive

Fantastic location with relaxing harbour views, great food and good range of meals to choose from, especially the seafood buffet Friday and Saturday nights, great value for money all round, 2 swimming pools, gym and sauna amenities. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting an affordable relaxing get away by the water.

The view of the boats and water was really nice. The staff didn't speak English very well. Was hard to understand her. Plus was not friendly or helpful.. The only restaurant open was the bar/pizza this place was extremely expensive for disgusting food. I would never recommend the pizzz.

We booked 2 rooms for 8 people and they gave us keys of one of the rooms which was already occupied during check-in. When we arrived, there was no staff and no power at the hotel. We tried calling them but nobody would take the calls. Kids spent the night in one room while elders spent the night by sleeping on the poolside loungers. Next day, when the staff came,they were indifferent to the issue and simply told said that they would refund.
