I found this property acceptable and adequate. There was nothing exceptional. They weren’t at full capacity and placed us in a room missing an outdoor chair, screen door or room with another window with a screen, which made cooling the room a mosquito haven.

Picture (mountaineer) is not where you stay = deceiving. Stayed next door at the Glacier Lodge. For the price I paid I would expect a mountain view and cleaner room but was awoken by early morning cars instead. The carpet was stained, frayed and even had an iron imprint. Dining table was sticky all over the surface - not cleaned properly. The conditioner, shampoo and body wash bottles supplied had all separated and shaking them did not remedy their condition. Restaurant was good bar food and great wait staff. Coffee shop excellent with great wait staff. All the staff from the general store to the gondola to the mountain top restaurant were fantastic.

Room was 90 degrees when we arrived. Hotel has no air conditioning. Beds not comfortable. Staff unfriendly and not helpful to resolve multiple issues. Hot tub broken during our stay. Hotel charges additional resort fee even with all of these issues. On site dining closed during our stay. Hotel add when booking was deceiving and inaccurate on amenities.

Rooms are unbearably hot with no air conditioning. Lots of things are not open - restaurants, pool, sauna, etc. Hot tub area is not even open for us unless you ask and book a time.

Such a fantastic location. Staff were lovely, personable and professional while working through exeptionally high, record temperatures. Oir room had fans set up and running for our arrival, plus there were ceiling fans. There is no insuite air conditioner but we made due with fans and opening windows in cooler evening hours. We were in a lovely 2 bdrm suite, which fulfilled our families needs during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great, with an amazing shower. The ability to have access to a kitchen was a must as we have dietary reatrictions. We took the chair to see Boo at the Grizzly Refugee and he ended up being the highlight of our trip to the Rockies. Checkout was great, the front end staff was as genuiine in our departure, as they were for our arrival. We really hope to go back to Glacier Mountaineer Resort. It will be our first choice.
