A great stay
Another fantastic trip to Gothenburg with family. This hotel is ideally placed to take full advantage of Liseberg park. Rooms are great, one small quibble would be breakfast on the Saturday morning was majorly over crowded. Although breakfast slots are booked to prevent this it seems to have been mostly ignored and not enforced. Will be backā€¦

Good Hotel
Nice hotel, new, clean and fun. Good for kids. We travelled from the station by tram to the hotel, which was straightforward. Breakfast was busy, so go early if you can.

My visit was for one night, it was clean and comfortable and very pleasant, I loved that it was sound proof so my kid could play and watch tv without annoying anyone so we slipped the worry, the space was just enough for us, we had waterboiler and overall necessary stuff like hairdryer to make our travel worry free and the place the location of the Hotell was just perfect as if 100m away from the park so i could go back and forth as much as needed whenever i want .. i could just describe it as 100% successful trip for a family

What an amazing place! Their is truly a magical feel to this place wether you're 6 or 86 i cant recommend this hotel enough , rooms were great , staff we're amazing, and the food was perfect , all in all my stay here made my family holiday perfect , so much so that i plan to return here very soon

Wonderful family hotel
This was such a fun hotel! We needed a space for our family of 5, and weā€™re happy to find these accommodations. The hotel was clean and fresh with wonderful amenities. We loved that the kids bunk area was sectioned off from the main room and there were plentiful hooks in the room to help us stay organized. The in-room coffee station also has hot cocoa which was a fun touch. The lobby was gorgeous and well themed with ample space to relax. Our 6 year old loved the slide and must have gone down it 30 timesā€¦ we also appreciated the game room full of toys, games and free air hockey. There was a movie theater too showing kids movies, but we didnā€™t have a chance to watch them - a fun feature though. The breakfast buffet was huge and had a great variety of food to try. We went near opening time both mornings and it was fairly calm (you get an email before you arrive to schedule your breakfast times, but we were able to adjust them once there to an alternate available time). So much good food, a fancy coffee machine and it was all delicious! They also have a (free) carouse adjacent to the breakfast restaurant in case the kiddos want to take a spin. We were got going to the amusement park, but instead exploring Gƶteborg and this was a good location for this (convenient tram access to the train station and several transit options). This hotel was parent and kid friendly. Some kid-friendly hotels seem to forget about the parents, but this one was pleasant for everyone!

I liked that majority of the time this hotel is quiet. There was tons of kids running around having fun but was not being disturbing. I requested a high level so I could be away from the chatter in the lobby. However, The room doors slams very loudly which shakes the walls and bed. So in mornings when everyone goes in and out rooms it can be very hard to sleep. Also, housekeeping are going in and out rooms with doors slamming. I did not like this and slamming doors causes me to have bad migraines. If you hold the door while you exit the room you can prevent doors from slamming. Other than that this hotel was great. Food and drinks where delicious.
