Staff were superb and a tram stop is just 100m away. Fantastic breakfast buffet - will set you up for the day. Excellent place and will recommend to anyone.

The second and third day, beginning at 8 o'clock in the morning , someone started drilling right above my room. The drilling went on all day long. When I asked the front desk person, she had no idea. At least the hotel management should have mentioned that some type of construction or repairs is going on . Nothing of this is mentioned on the hotel site. Otherwise it is a great hotel

I did not like that we have not been informed that in order to have the room cleaned a towel replaced you need to tell them. In fact we we returned we found the room a mess. Furthermore the staff who come to bring us fresh towels was quite annoyed. We were not made aware of the limited spaces in the car park we had to discover it by ourselves once returned to the hotel in the evening. Staff not very informative. Breakfast is a plus full of options and on Saturday and Sunday it is available until 12:00 well done!

Hotels nearest bus stop to get to center city is 50 meters away. 9e bus can take you downtown in 7 minutes. Issue with limited garage parking exists, especially after 4pm. Had to park along the street for a few days and pay additional price. The main issue is the size of the rooms. Extremely small bad and sq footage.
