We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. From our experience, reception is only manned from 2pm, and they only answer the phone during checkin times. I had been hoping to check in an hour earlier due to a back injury, but there wasn't anyone there. So at 2pm we turned up and was given the key. What a pleasant surprise! The main room was very large, with a 3 seater couch, TV, dining table, aircon, kitchen etc, all very clean and newly renovated. Our bedroom had a safe, king sized bed, TV, aircon, all very comfortable and clean. The 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds and a king single, aircon. Bathroom with shower had a spa which wasn't working, but when I told them the next morning they said a plumber had been booked in to repair it. Toilet was separate which is great if travelling with friends. I was told all the upstairs rooms have been renovated as well, and we'd stay there again if needing accommodation in Goulburn. Very centrally located, and the upstairs rooms have a locked door to access the hallway.

Place is run down, there were bugs around carpet (no sign of any vacuuming happening, found hairs here and there along with stains on bed sheets. They were washed but obviously heavily bulk washed with too many sheets at once so they don’t get cleaned well enough. Yeah not a place I’d recommend.

Another great stay. I have made this hotel one of my regular stops on trips from Ipswich to Geelong. Don't let the outside fool you! It's always clean and beautifully presented inside. It's a great place to stay.

Clean, simple, and affordable accommodation option. Would happily stay again if travelling through Goulburn. Also. customer service was fantastic. We were travelling with a baby and they ensured ease of access to a ground level room for us as per our last minute request. Took the stress out of the check in process, and made a big difference with helping us relax into our stay. Thanks again guys!

Could hear people next door showering at 4-30 am which woke us out. Outside of premises covered in weeds. Room on the whole was quite good except for the noise from the next rooms and the dead beetles/cockroaches on the floor.

The room was lovely. It appears to have been well renovated, and was in excellent condition. It was cleaned well, the bed made properly with clean sheets. The outside however appeared very run down. We were quite apprehensive about tbe room after walking from the reception to the room. There were weeds all along the driveway, the front grass was long. The windows of the gym were quite dirty.

We stayed at his establishment overnight after going to One Raceway for NSW Historic Road Race Championships. Reception was happy, welcoming and efficient. Room (#6 we stayed in) was a very welcome surprise...very well presented, fully renovated bathroom, great shower and beds/bedlinen very comfy. Larger than expected in area. Microwave, electric jug with coffee/tea and milk in the fridge. Only detracting feature of the accommodation was that it was less than hospitable street appeal...we wondered what we had booked...as a result the lower rating on surrounds of the accommodation. Overall very close and walking distance to most things in the main area of Goulburn. Great place to stay

Don’t be fooled by the not-so-inspiring outside facade of the property. Our 2-room unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. It even has a bath tub! Perfect home-away-fr-home for my family of 5. Supermarket was within 5mins walk fr property. Super convenient!

The building is old and tired on the exterior. However, the large family suite was clean, tidy and very roomy. Perfect for our family weekend away. Close to the beautiful park and town centre.

Good stop for a night or two. Bit pricey mid week for what the room is, especially with only one person staying. Could do with a screen or curtain around the shower so water doesn’t go everywhere, fan in bathroom needed a good dust (had cobwebs). I had no Data reception and there wasn’t any free WiFi, so no mobile phone connection. No in room phone to call reception if needed/have questions. No spare toilet roll, and only a little paper left on the toilet roll when I arrived exhaustively after my 11 hour drive from the Gold Coast. In arrival the receptionist wasn’t exactly welcoming! I could elaborate, but I’ve just arrived home in Victoria and it’s been a very long two days. Next time I’ll stay elsewhere.
