An oasis of relaxation not far from the beach and the center of Zaostrog, on the Makarska Riviera. The newly renovated stone house has two double bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is the chic living room with a sofa, which can also be used as an extra bed for 2 small children or an adult, an open kitchen, the dining room and fireplace.
From here you come to the terrace with heated pool and barbecue area. At the pool (7.00 x 4.00 m) with sea view and outdoor shower, you can use the sun loungers to enjoy the many hours of sun. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area is also by the pool. The large hackberry trees on the house, some over 200 years old, provide a lot of natural shade in the summer months. The holiday home is the ideal choice for all discerning vacationers

Beautiful retreat
We had a really lovely great two week holiday in Villa Ana. It is in a really peaceful location in the mountains with stunning views of the sea, islands and mountains. It is secluded and unspoilt with fantastic walks and cycle trails on the doorstep. The outside space is perfect particularly the dining area. It is renovated to a really high standard, which is sympathetic to the building's history. We had two teens with us who really enjoyed the pool and it was lovely sitting out in the evening listening to the owl and the cicadas. It's the perfect mountain retreat but only a few minutes drive to the coast and some pretty beaches. Josip is a kind and generous host and he went to great lengths to ensure we had a good holiday whilst also giving us our own space. He runs a family restaurant in Zaostrog the nearest coastal village, which is definitely worth a visit. He certainly knows how to grill great, fresh fish. We would highly recommend a holiday here if you want a combination of a relaxing retreat, and a beach holiday in a comfortably renovated mountain village house.

A beautifully appointed house in the mountains with spectacular views.
This is a lovely property with a rustic feel and with all mod cons. Josip is more than welcoming - guiding you to the door. Zaostrog is well situated to explore the Makarska Riviera and Islands of Croatia. The family restaurant in Zaostrog is lovely and worth more than one visit! The outdoor area is perfect and the fig trees bountiful. We had a wonderful two weeks here during a heat wave!

Amazing views, pool and gardens were lovely, the house is very well done, modern with everything you need but maintaining it's traditional heritage. It fits the landscape. Josep and his family could not have been better hosts from meeting us at the entrance to the town to ensuring we were well looked after. They have a fantastic restaurant down by the beach in town. We had a great time and would have no hesitations in recommending this property. We are already looking at when we can come back.

Wunderschƶnes SchmuckstĆ¼ck mit Liebe zum Detail in Traumlage
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana war von der ersten Sekunde an perfekt. Josip der Besitzer hat uns bereits am Ortseingang empfangen und uns den Weg zum Haus, das etwas oberhalb von Zaostrog liegt geleitet. Bereits beim Betreten des GrundstĆ¼cks war zu sehen und zu spĆ¼ren, dass hier alles mit viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet wurde. Der Garten ist top gepflegt und wunderschƶn angelegt, der Pool wurde vor unserer Anreise gereinigt und auch die AuƟenkĆ¼che machte sofort Lust, dort zu grillen und zu sitzen. Auch im Innenbereich gab es nur Positives zu berichten. Das Mobiliar ist modern, neuwertig und perfekt auf die RƤume abgestimmt. Alles war sauber und insgesamt sehr gepflegt. In der KĆ¼che ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, GewĆ¼rze, SpĆ¼lmittel, Olivenƶl aus eigener Produktion und sonstige Kleinigkeiten, die in FerienhƤusern nicht unbedingt selbstverstƤndlich sind. Die Lage das Hauses ist perfekt zum Entspannen, zum Meer sind es ca. 3,5 km, direkt vom Haus kann man auf verschiedenen Wanderwege die wunderschƶne Bergwelt erkunden. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die Insel Hvar ist sehr beeindruckend und auf der anderen Seite bietet die Bergkulisse einen tollen Kontrast. Die Krƶnung unseres Aufenthaltes in diesem kleinen Paradies war dann aber die Gastfreundschaft des Besitzers. Josip hat sich um alle unsere WĆ¼nsche sofort gekĆ¼mmert, er hat uns regelmƤƟig vom Markt in Makarska frischen Fisch oder Fleisch zum Grillen mit gebracht und auch in seinem Restaurant direkt am Meer haben wir uns mehr wie Freunde als wie GƤste gefĆ¼hlt. Insgesamt kann man sich im Urlaub nicht viel mehr wĆ¼nschen. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r die tolle Zeit, wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Traumhaft
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung passen einwandfrei. Bereits der Empfang durch Josip ist einmalig. Er empfƤngt die GƤste im Dorf und fĆ¼hrt sie zum Haus. Dazu fĆ¼hrt er am Strand ein hervorragendes Restaurant, wo immer ein Parkplatz und ein Tisch reserviert ist. Hervorragende KĆ¼che und Service. Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten Autofahrt oberhalb von Zaostrog. Eine etwas abenteuerliche Zufahrt aber die herrliche Lage sowie das tolle Haus entschƤdigen fĆ¼r den Weg. Wir haben eine tolle Woche im traumhaften Anwesen erlebt und haben jede Minute in vollen ZĆ¼gen genossen. Herzlichen Dank Josip. Patricia & Thomas

Traumhafte Zeit
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus entsprach absolut unseren Vorstellungen, die durch die Bilder bei uns geweckt wurden. Josip ist ein Vermieter, der sich um alles kĆ¼mmert. Wir kommen gern wieder zurĆ¼ck.

Ein kleines Juwel
Unser zweiwƶchiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana Ć¼ber Pfingsten war perfekt! Das alte Steinhaus ist sehr schƶn renoviert und bestens ausgestattet. Man vermisst wirklich nichts. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Biokovo Gebirge im RĆ¼cken, mit sensationellem Blick hinab auf Zaostrog, das Meer und in der Ferne die Halbinsel Peljesac ist atemberaubend schƶn. Im sehr gepflegten Garten mit tollem Pool lƤsst es sich unter dem imposanten Kostela Baum selbst bei 37Ā°C sehr gut aushalten. Der Gastgeber Josip ist Ƥusserst hilfsbereit und kĆ¼mmert sich bestens um seine GƤste. Danke Josip! Zudem kann man in seinem Restaurant direkt am Strand sehr gut essen. Alles in allem ist dieses kleine Juwel absolut empfehlenswert und wir wĆ¼rden gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour dans une villa trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e et confortable, une terrasse avec un point de vue magnifique.Nous avons pu dĆ©couvrir les Ć®les et la cĆ“te rocheuse ainsi que les villes de Trogir, Split et Dubrovnik. De plus,Josip est vraiment quelquā€™un de trĆØs sympathique et serviable et nous avons beaucoup apprĆ©ciĆ© son accueil.

Gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus und die AuƟenanlage entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ist neu, die Ausstattung entspricht allen Erfordernissen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, die Abwicklung unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt auƟerhalb des Ortes und damit auch auƟerhalb des vor allem im Sommer bestehenden Touristenrummels. FĆ¼r alle, die Ruhe suchen und nicht unmittelbar am Strand wohnen wollen, eine ideale Unterkunft.

Wunderschƶnes Ferienhaus in den Bergen mit Meerblick
Das Haus liegt Ć¼ber dem kleinen Ort Zaostrog. Von der HauptstraƟe fƤhrt man etwa 5 Minuten nach oben. Zwei schƶne Schlafzimmer mir Klimaanlage, die KĆ¼che ist mit allem was man benƶtigt ausgestattet. Es gibt 3 Toiletten und zwei Duschen. Das Wohnzimmer ist dank der alten Steinmauern angenehm kĆ¼hl. Der Pool ist angenehm frisch und die Sicht atemberaubend. Der Grill funktioniert sehr gut. Der Hausherr Josip betreibt ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant am Strand und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekĆ¼mmert. Wem es nicht wichtig ist, direkt am Strand zu wohnen und lieber etwas Ruhe und eine schƶne Aussicht genieƟen mƶchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus!
