pleasant Hotel
Posted 19 Mar. 2020 on Hotelst was a pretty average stay. I wish they didn't play music in the hallways as the doors are paper thin, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Ho-Hum Hotel
Posted 10 Mar. 2020 on HotelsI was booked into a room directly next to the front desk. I asked if it'd be noisy and she said yes. She offered me another room that was street level and facing out onto the street. It was so loud even when being shown. I asked if I could be on the 2nd floor. I had to pay 10 euro to receive a room on the 2nd floor, even though it was the exact same layout that I had booked and still faced out onto the street. The hotel plays loud music in the hallways from as early as 9am (even though checkout is at 12pm) until 9pm. The walls are very thin and you hear it, so napping or even concentrating if you are in your room during the afternoon is a challenge. That said, it is a very convenient location from the bus stop and to the port. The staff was unable to recommend local outdoor activities to me and scoffed at the fact that I did not have a car. It was a comfortable location, but semi-uncomfortable situation is how I'd describe my stay there. I did book a few nights because even for the disruptions, it was a good deal in terms of the financials for an overnight stay. I only had to pay the $10 "upgrade" once.

On the other hand, we regret the inconvenience of noise, a reference to which the staff made fun of you, we do not know very well what situation you are referring to, in no case would any member of our staff make fun of one of our clients, even so, if you be offended indeed we ask for forgiveness.

It was 30c so Puerto de las Nieves was really busy at the beach. Lucked into street parking or would have been in trouble. Hotel was good for the price point. Clean and staff very helpful.

Great location, comfortable and super clean
Posted 2 Jan. 2020 on HotelsThe place is really comfortable. Rooms are spacious and very clean! We got a double bed room first and I didn't like it because it was on the ground floor, very close to the reception. You could hear the people at the reception talking, so I requested to change room. It was possible to change room to one on an upper floor but we got a room with 2 individual beds instead of a double bed. We didn't mind as the room was more quiet. I would not recommend to stay on the ground floor rooms as it is noisy there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but their English was not very good so beware.

Fantastic little gem of a Hotel
Posted 22 Jun. 2019 on HotelsStill an amazing Hotel, stayed 3 or 4 times now. Great Staff & Location.
You MUST take a dip in Las Salinas Natural.
Unfortunately on this occasion it seemed to be holiday season. Most of the local restaurants and bars were on holidays. Fortunately, the Local Spar is close for a few supplies to enjoy the roof terrace, where you can even get a shower. The basement has a kitchen and snack type machines with glasses, plates & cutlery, so you could prepare your own food if needed.
We will be back, see you again soon.

Great location. Friendly staff. Make sure you book the taxi to and from the airport through them, it’s much cheaper and the driver is a fount of knowledge.

Great hotel very clean great sun terrace really good location would be even betterif rooms had small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities in room
