No tea and coffee facilities in room! Never had this, even budget chain hotels have a kettle. Awake early and wanted a hot drink, very disappointed.

Convenient hotel for sightseeing
Hotel is in great position for seeing all the sights and shopping. Easy access from airport on the bus, followed by 10 minute walk, we left by train and station is about 30 minutes

The hotel is clean and modern. I had issues with the amount of light in the room because of lack of lamps even on the desk there was no lighting. The option for coffee was only decaf.

Overheated sleepless night!
Heating was extremely high so we could not sleep. We tried to turn on A/C in the room but it became even hotter. I called front desk to ask how to manage the situation and the told me it was about central heating that they could not manage. I could not sleep!

Very conveniently positioned hotel. Arriving by car was tricky in terms of access but was directed to nearby car park and all worked well. Hotel was clean, room more than adequate for our two day stay.

The hotel was pretty throughout. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. However, we did want a double room and instead we received two single beds pushed together, which wasn’t great. Other than that, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Property was clean, located in an excellent area with full of shops, eating spots. The room sizes were adequately large, breakfast was superb. Would stay here again if I visit Granada in future.

I thought it was a joke (from the previous reviews) or that management would have corrected the WIFI issue but as of end of May 2019 you will get full bars on WIFI but with EXTREMELY slow speeds. If internet is not a problem, would highly recommend just based on the location and cleanliness of the room alone. The hotel has about 8 or so rooms on each floor and is fairly quiet. Would definitely recommend. Also not sure if it is our room but the AC system has a strange buzz when it turns on. Just something to note if you are a light sleeper.

Very good hotel, great location, amazing breakfast . The only problem we had that our room window looked inside the hall and had the breakfast area underneath, so it started being very loud at 6 am.

Great location close to cathedral and bus stop to Alhambra. Spacious and clean room, excellent wifi, a kettle in the room. Reception could be understaffed and a bit on a slower side, but the staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Great value for money.
