Bed was comfortable, staff was nice, breakfast was great and the view from the terrace was just wonderful! The showers, though, were frustrating to use. We had the two bedroom apartment and both bathrooms had partitions for the shower that only went up to about chest height and the shower heads sprayed water out the sides (especially upstairs), making it very difficult to shower without water going all over the floor. The main reason for a three star review, however, would be that the pool was closed. Given how much we love swimming, we only looked at hotels in Granada that had pools and booked accordingly. To arrive on a hot day and find the pool drained was quite disappointing.

Not a 4 star hotel. Max 2 star.
The view was the only positive thing about this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. Not value for money. Mould in Alhambra suit and a lot of smoke coming in from outside. Very noisy. Parking is available according to website. This is not true. Parking can be done in a parking garage 1 km from hotel.

Super accueil, la jeune fille était souriante, nous a conseillé de très bons endroits à voir et aussi ceux à éviter, chambre avec terrasse et vue magnifique. Petit déjeuner complet, du lait du jus d’orange pressées, des œufs, du pain. Et une vue magnifique sur l’Alhambra, au top !

Situation excellente. Confort, petit-déjeuner bof.
J’ ai trouvé le lit un peu mou creusé au centre pas forcément agréable. Par ailleurs le petit-déjeuner n’est pas top. Le 2ème jour même pas de pain. Des pâtisseries uniquement industrielles. Par contre nous étions dans une chambre au 1er avec une très belle vue sur l’alhambra. Et l’hôtel est parfaitement situé dans Grenade.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et dispoinibilité de Maria (?) à l'accueil, la piscine et la propreté de la chambre, mais la chambre était vraiment petite et les petits déjeuners étaient affreux (les pires de nos 3 semaines de voyage)
