Sunny Side Retreat offers breathtaking views of Lake Granbury and all the comforts of a true home away from home. Perfect for families, groups, and pet lovers, this serene getaway is packed with amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

In order to take advantage of the views, Sunnyside is a multi-level house. From the driveway and carport, you walk down several stairs to access the front door. When you enter the front door of the house, you are on the main level, which hosts all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. When you go down the stairs, it takes you to the lower level, which opens up to the living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room, and nursery.

The Space
This spacious home features three cozy bedrooms, a nursery, and plenty of thoughtful touches:

- Master Bedroom: Enjoy stunning lake views, a king bed, a large smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and bathtub.

- Fishbowl Room: This queen bedroom includes a dresser, large smart TV, and a closet.

- Third Bedroom: Features two double beds, a large smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a closet.

- Nursery: Includes a crib, noise machine, audio-only baby monitor, and oscillating tower fan. A pack ‘n play is also available for little ones who prefer to stay close.

Living and Dining
The lower level boasts a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and a dining table for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, plus extra seating at the breakfast bar. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located for guest use.
