We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.

A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.

For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.

A: Yes, we have a dock with numbers where you can tie up your boat or jet ski

Q: Where is the nearest boat ramp?
A: The closest public boat ramp via car is across from Mesquite Pit restaurant on Pearl St. (It is a 14 minute drive) The restaurant address is 919 E Pearl St, Granbury. The entrance to the boat ramp area is directly across from it on the other side of of Pearl St.

Q: Where can I park my boat and trailer?
A: A trailer/boat can be parked in the grass along the street directly in front of the house, or along the grass on the other side of the driveway on the north side of the home.

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: No, but you can still find my kids swimming in it most of the year .

Q: Can we bring our furry family member?
A: We do allow house-trained dogs upon request.

Perfect reunion
This home was perfect for our high school girlfriend’s reunion! There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room, beds, bathrooms and whole lot of fun at this party home! The host and the location were great for our getaway! I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Vacation Location
The pictures don't do this properly justice. Dawn made sure our check in was smooth and even took the time to check and make sure we were settled and let us know about the best places to eat and everything that was going on in Granbury. We had four generations and this home is the perfect place with things to do for everyone. We are excited to make this our new vacation spot for many years to come.

Great House
This house was perfect for our annual family girls trip. The upstairs kitchen was very much appreciated as it reduced the number of times we had to use the stairs. We had plenty of towels and other bath items. Air conditioning works great! The pool area is very nice although we never got to use the pool due to weather. The large downstairs dining table was perfect for game night. Communication was excellent. Great location. We spent one day shopping/dining on the Granbury square and the next day doing the same in nearby Glen Rose. Great house!

The house was immaculate. The hosts always made sure we were taken care of. They included a very thoughtful gift basket for the eclipse. We had no issues with our experience and made a lot of wonderful family memories. The only improvement I can think of is the hot water in the upstairs shower. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

A Fun Place on the Lake, Great Game Room and Billiard Room, Kayaking, Well Stocked
This was a great find. It has a nice location on the lake. We enjoyed kayaking, the fire pit, grilling, lounging in the hammock, and playing games as a family. The weather was a tad cool for the pool, but we went in a couple days. The owner keeps the house well stocked with incidentals, so unlike other VRBOs, you don't have to buy/bring all the tiny little house hold items, which really helped us jump to 'enjoy' mode. The owners were proactive in reaching out, check-in was easy, and whenever we had a question, they were super responsive. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Family Fun
The property is actually better than the pictures show. The home is very well maintained with all your needs. Our family had so much fun with the swimming pool, kayaks, pool table, ping pong table, darts, and so much more. Our dog enjoyed the dog door and the enclosed back yard. We would do this again in a New York minute.

Great Place for Family Time
Lots of space and so many options for activities. The family loved having lots of rooms to gather in and we got to spend plenty of time outdoors in pool, fishing and kayaking. Reached out to host a few times for information and got very quick responses. Very comfortable place.

Fantastic Large Home with lots of extras
We had a fabulous time and this was the best property we have stayed at to date.Quiet canal with beautifully peaceful view. Water still deep enough for our boat to tie up at dock. Canal was perfect for kayaking and still close enough to the main body of water to venture out. Pool and home very nicely and well taken care of. Kitchen has most everything you need for cooking and then extras. Great added details and a welcome basket, kerug cups, differant flavored loose coffee, Thick wonderful towels in the bathrooms and blow dryers. Towel and swim suit drying rack in the garage... and speaking of the garage... even it was extremely neat and clean. Too many added details to remember them all. All the bedrooms are very spacious and lots of seating both inside and out. Hostes Dawn was very quick to respond to any of outr questions. Can't wait to book another vacation at this same property instead of selecting a new one each trip!

Wonderful vacation
My family and I had a such a great time hanging out together here at Lake Granbury at this amazing home and property. The hosts were super easy to work with, excellent communication and very welcoming. They supplied everything we needed to enjoy a hassle and carefree vacation. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels, both bath and pool, and life jackets. The home was welcoming, very clean, big and spacious. Loved the kayaks -we went out every morning and evening, hosts even provided a kid size kayak that our 8 yr old granddaughter had no problem using. Loved the pool, fire pit was great for smores, loved the ping pong/ pool table, having 2 kitchens and dining tables, all the bedrooms and bathrooms, the sticker free, fenced in back yard (we had 3 young kids and dogs), abundant kitchen and bathroom supplies... really just everything. Location was great, very quiet, lake wasn't crowded and my goodness, the view overlooking the lake from the upstairs balcony to watch the moon rise was magical. Just a real easy and relaxing vacation made possible by having such great hosts and house. I would definitely recommend this property A+++

Perfect family getaway
We stayed at this wonderful house for a long weekend with kids and grandkids. The pool was a favorite of the kids and is actually shaded in the late afternoon so it’s great for beating the Texas heat. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Nice place close to town, no laundry available
A very spacious house with plenty of room. The kitchen knifes badly need to be replaced and we struggled to cut veggies and meat. It was also disappointing that they only included 2 garbage bags. It was also disappointing that we could not use the washing machine. We love having all our clothes clean when we come home from our trips. The pool was nice and kids enjoyed it. Everything else is as advertised.

Great place..
I came here to spend easter with my daughters and grandkids and they loved it... The house was great it had everything for you to have a good time without leaving the house.... My grandkids had a great time in the pool and the adults playing pool and games... I'm definitely coming back...
