Very central and quiet, the apartment is located in a small cul de sac in the heart of Grand Baie ,, from where you can reach all amenities within walking distance ..
The apartment is very private for togetherness as unreasonable located on all sides in the second floor with separate entrance.
The former fishing village of Grand Baie has developed into a tourist focal point and offers a number of restaurants, bars, cafes and snacks, as well as shopping centers, supermarkets and many typical local area.
Island tours and boat trips, water sports activities and you can book here.
The German / Mauritian owners live in a part of the house with you and are happy to assist you with your planning and other Fragen..3x comes a weekly cleaning power.
The boat trips are very popular with the landlord and get to know the sea and the offshore islands.

Grand Baie stay
The stay at Annette and Herve's place was fantastic! All the amenities were provided by out host and the apartment was so cozy! Annette even brought us fruits from her garden! I highly recommend them as host and hope we will be able to come again! Thank you from Laura.

Positives included clean, spacious apartment with terrace. The apartment was safe and well located. There’s a Super U and a bakery within easy walking distance and beaches are close by. Negatives included twin sheets on a king bed, a moldy smelling staircase leading up to the apartment ( no smell inside the apartment, however, ). The laundry machine was in the moldy staircase, and we didn’t want our clothes to smell like that so we didn’t use it. There is a mosquito issue in the evening that prevented us from using the terrace and there is an extra charge for the AC, which the owner did waive, since we had to stay inside and it was quite hot. With the AC and the fan the apartment was quite comfortable.

Magnifique appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Situation idéal sur grand Baie. Jardin verdoyant et reveil matinal par les oiseaux. Un avre de paie. Attention toutefois, l'appartement est au 2iem étage avec éscalier. Les propiétaires nous ont autorisé à utiliser la magnifique piscine de la résidence. Très bon séjour pour nous

Objekt ist leider in die Jahre gekommen.
Ein neuer Anstrich und Reinigung der Küchenmöbel ist dringend nötig. Die Matratze ist extrem hart. Die Vermieterin hat daraufhin einen sogenannter Topper für die Matratze bestellt. Kamm nach nach 14 Tagen bei einem Aufenthalt von 30 Tagen. War für mich dann OK, für meine Frau immer noch nicht. Das vorhandene Geschirr etc. war ziemlich zusammengewürfelt und entsprach mehr einer Studenten WG und das bei einem Preis von ca. 90 €/Tag. Terrassenmöbel sehr durchgelegen und Auflagen schmutzig. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Schade, dass der Pflegezustand so schlecht ist. Nach meiner Rückkehr habe ich das gleiche Objekt bei Airbnb für 70 €/Tag zufällig bei einer Recherche für andere Objekte gefunden.

Tolles Apartment, super Vermieter die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen
Wir können alles nur mit 5 Sternen bewerten, alles optimal. Apartment mit super Terrasse. 3 x wöchentlich Reinigung Das Apartment war mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet. Die Vermieter super freundlich, Anette stand immer mit der erforderlichen Unterstützung bereit, Herve mit seinem Ausflugboot eine Wucht. So konnten wir die 3 Wochen ganz relaxt verbringen. Die Lage ist auch super, zwei Strände mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen, Grand Baie zu Fuß in 5 Minuten auch der Supermarkt und die Bäckerei fußläufig in wenigen Minuten. Gute Lage und schönes Appartement
Vermieterin hatte unsere Ankunft vergessen, somit waren noch die Sachen des Vormieters da. Wurde dann fix sauber gemacht und so sah es dann auch aus wenn man mal schnell sauber macht. Viele Sachen waren nicht wirklich sauber oder leer. Seifenspender leer, Anti-Moskito Stecker alle leer etc. Gut kann ich als Mieter auch selbst kaufen, was wir auch getan haben, aber dann entsorge ich als Vermieter doch das leere Zeug. Toaster war auch defekt-haben wir dann nicht benutzt. Haben uns auch nicht die Mühe gemacht es vor Ort zu sagen oder zu klären, da die Vermieterin nach eigener Aussage wegen Neubau-Projekt ohnehin sehr gestresst war. Aber so defekte oder leere Sachen muss ich auch nicht ansprechen, da sich da die Qualität des Gastgebers zeigt, der sich um seine Sachen kümmert. Helle Möbel sehen halt, wenn nicht regelmäßig sauber gemacht, auch schnell schäbig aus. Dachten schon das es in ganz Mauritius so ist, war es aber zum Glück nicht und wir hatten noch 2 andere Objekte wo sich die Vermieter richtig gut gekümmert hatten mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Einzug oder kleinen Gastgeschenken zur Abreise. Auch das erwarte ich nicht, zeigt aber die Qualität eines Gastgebers. An sich schönes Appartement nah zum Supermarkt. Einmal komplette Grundreinigung und dann wären es die volle Punktzahl.

Mit Guide sehr zu empfehlen
Für uns die perfekte Wahl für den Vormittag! Noch nicht zu heiß und dank der unzähligen Bäume ein märchenhaftes Wandeln im Spiel von Licht und Schatten. Für ein akzeptables Extra-Geld kann man sich direkt am Eingang einen Guide mieten, der einem viel über die Geschichte Mauritius und deren Pflanzenwelt erzählt. --> Leider sind kaum Infotafeln im Park aufgestellt, was es einem ohne Guide schwer macht die Pracht besser kennen zu lernen - daher als Empfehlung: MIT Guide! Ich hätte Tage dort verbringen können - der Artenreichtum ist faszinierend!

Eigentlich wurde schon alles gesagt: sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir haben das Apartment aufgrund der Fotos und der sehr guten Bewertungen gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schön bepflanzte private Terrasse, die Luftigkeit der Wohnung, die absolute Ruhe und das morgendliche Erwachen mit Vogelgezwitscher. Die nette Vermieterin ist jederzeit ansprechbar.

Superbe endroit !
Le séjour a été très agréable et la location correspond en tout point aux photos. Idéalement situé, proche des commerces mais dans une impasse au calme pour apprécier la quiétude des lieux. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec un très bel espace de vie qui mérite d'être souligné. Annette et Hervé sont très sympathiques, disponibles et savent garder une discrétion avec les vacanciers. On y reviendra sans hésitation.

Eine gute Basis, um Mauritius zu erkunden
Die Wohnung ist genau wie hier beschrieben, alle Fotos sind aktuell, die Beschreibung der Lage ist richtig. Um die Insel zu erkunden, ist die Lage genau richtig. Man ist mitten in Grand Baie, hier ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Mietauto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken, so ist man schnell zu den weiter entfernten Zielen unterwegs. Annette hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Während unserer zwei Wochen hier war Annette immer erreichbar und konnte uns Fragen beantworten. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen großzügig, man hat sehr viel Platz. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir konnten ausgezeichnet schlafen. Besonders die Dachterrasse haben wir zum Frühstück und abends zum Ausklang unter dem südlichen Sternenhimmel sehr genossen. Die Klimaanlagen haben wir nicht gebraucht, der tropische Winter war sehr gut zu ertragen. Ein (sehr kleiner) Kritikpunkt: Das WLan ist nur in einem recht kleinen Bereich ausreichend stark zu empfangen. Wer den ganzen Tag im Internet verbringen möchte, sollte das wissen. Aber wer will das schon im Urlaub? Ein wichtiger Pluspunkt: In der Wohnung sind deutsche Steckdosen. Adapter sind nicht nötig! Wir haben uns hier zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt, es war für uns die optimale Basis um Mauritius zu erkunden. Petra und Klaus.

Wunderschön und Perfekt
Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir schon von außen gesehen, dass wir wohl alles richtig gemacht haben. Nachdem uns Annette herzlich begrüßte, zeigte sie uns unser Appartment mit Dachterrasse. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dabei weit übertroffen. Das Appartment ist sehr großräumig, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet mehr als genug Platz für zwei Personen und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, aber trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Grand Baie entfernt. Auf der wunderschönen begrünten Dachterrasse lässt sich gut frühstücken und in den Tag starten. Bei Annette fühlt man sich zu 100% wohl. Sie hilft einem bei allen aufkommenden Fragen und ist auch für ein Gläschen Wein zu haben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche, die wir bei euch verbringen durften, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem wundervollen Apartment
Atrium kann ich jedem empfehlen der von einem central gelegenen Apartment aus die Insel erkunden möchte. In diesen harmonisch eingerichteten Räumen mangelt es an nichts. Besonders genossen habe ich die riesige begrünte Dachterasse. Morgens zum frühstücken, zum faulenzen und abends die Sterne zu betrachten. Der Wohnbereich ist von Licht und Luft durchflutet und man fühlt sich rundum entspannt. Der Blick geht über wunderschõne Gärten. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss alles erreichen. Ein Fahrzeug ist nicht notwendig: Strände, Restaurants und Bars, Bushaltestellen, Auto-und Mopedverleih, Supermarkt und Ausflugsagenturen. Fazit: ein perfekter Urlaub in einem wundervollen Apartment. Vielen Dank für all die guten Tipps und die herzliche Begrüssung an die Vermieter Annette und Hervè.

Die Wohnung ist zwar schön aber sehr unzweckmässig und nicht wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet. Das angebotene Wlan funktioniert nur gerade am Esstisch. Schlafzimmer und Terrasse sind ausgeschlossen. Ameisen überall. Schon morgens um 07.00 scheint die Sonne direkt ins Wohnzimmer. Es gibt weder Vorhänge noch Storen. Der abgebildete Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse existiert auch nicht mehr. 50 % des Wohnzimmers besteht aus einem nicht isoliertem Wellblechdach, welches natürlich zusätzlich aufheizt. Es gibt nur im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, die es jedoch nicht schafft, dieses über längere Zeit kühl zu halten, da die Isolation zu Wohn- und Badezimmer sehr ungenügend ist. Für uns ist das kein europäischer Standart. Obwohl für 2 Wochen gebucht, haben wir die Wohnung nach 3 Nächten verlassen, da wir in dieser Sauna (gefühlte 50 Grad) nicht leben konnten. Wir sind sehr erstaunt über die extrem positiven Bewertungen.

Wunderschönes Domizil im quirligen Grand Baie
Die ruhig gelegene Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Auch Handtücher für Bad und Strand sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die schöne Dachterrasse bietet morgens einen schattigen Platz zum Frühstück und abends lassen sich auf der schönen Lounge-Couch wunderbar die Sterne bewundern! Das viele Grün auf der Terrasse und die gelungene Bepflanzung im Garten bildet eine grüne Oase und Entspannung nach Ausflügen auf der Insel oder einen Besuch im lebhaften Grand Baie. Angenehmes Vogelgezwitscher inklusive. Wie in einem botanischen Garten! Die Versorgung durch den fußläufig erreichbaren und super sortierten Supermarkt und einen Bäcker ist hervorragend. Dreimal die Woche gibt es Reinigungs- und Handtuchwechselservice. Sehr angenehm:-) Annette und Hervé sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben viele Tipps. Annette est charmante et agréable Le logement est conforme aux photos, il ne manque rien. Petites attentions a notre arrivée et ménage fait fréquemment Situation parfaite, un peu compliqué à trouver si on a pas demandé avant ou c'est On recommande vivement Si jamais annette a un autre appartement en bas avec piscine Merci beaucoup

Un très agréable séjour dans un bel appartement très spacieux et meublé avec goût; très bon accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires, location emplacement idéal dans grand baie, bon rapport qualité prix! Je vous le recommande et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
