Important Please Read: To keep the home as affordable as possible for smaller groups, basic rent covers the entire living area plus master bedroom with private bath and one additional bedroom of your choice including the main bathroom for 4 people. The remaining bedrooms are rented with an additional per person/room charge. THE REMAINING BEDROOMS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY BY KEYED ENTRY WITH PRIOR RESERVATIONS. (If you have 4 people and need additional bedrooms there is an additional charge.) Your group will be the only occupants in the house, the other unused bedrooms will just be locked. If you need clarification or have questions please contact us and we are happy to explain.

For your peace of mind during your visit please know that after my routine cleaning is finished, all surfaces, knobs, handles, etc are treated with Clorox disinfectant wipes. There are no longer same day checkin and out for guests. There is at least a 24 hour window between guests to allow for more thorough cleaning.

Beautifully remodeled home in the Coconino Estates neighborhood. Close to downtown and Snowbowl. Oversized kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances plus many more amenities. French doors off dining room lead to a fenced backyard with grill, and seating, plus a sandbox area for small children with sand toys. Outdoor games are corn hole, ring toss and basketball toss.
Open and bright living area with a wood burning fireplace, including several indoor games and puzzles. Upgraded 65” Samsung TV in living room and the master bedroom have a Roku with HBO Max and many more functional apps, there is no cable tv, we have unlimited WiFi. Two additional bedrooms have Queen sized beds, 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom.
Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a gorgeous tiled shower. All bedrooms are located on the same side of the house, close to each other and the main bathroom. Laundry room with washer/dryer and supplies. There is no a/c in the house, we have ceiling fans in living room, dining room, master, pink and beige bedrooms. There is no ceiling fan in the blue bedroom due to safety concerns with the bunk bed. We have also provided box fans in all bedrooms. The house actually stays pretty cool in the summer due to north/south facing windows. There is a pack n play available. There is also central heating for the entire house. We provide some wood for the wood burning fireplace from November 1st through April 1st. This is also the only time that the fireplace is available. Feel free to bring more or buy extra locally.
There is no street parking starting Nov 1st through April 1st from midnight to 7am.
There is a security camera with flood lights located above the garage door facing the driveway.
Please do not use or bring any glitter into the house as it is very difficult to get rid of and you may be charged an additional cleanup fee. This includes hair dye of any kind as well.

Wedding at snowbowl
We stayed at Lynn’s house for a wedding at snowbowl. We loved that the house matched the pictures and Lynn’s thoughtfulness with what a person may need for their stay exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, great communication, and very comfortable for our party of 7, including two small children. We plan on staying here again.

Our favorite Flagstaff VRBO
We really enjoyed this VRBO. There was lots of room, a large kitchen/dining room with a table that sat six, plus chairs for the counter. The living room was large and comfortable. There was a large table on the back porch. The facility was nicely furnished with everything you might need without feeling like you were living in a museum. Sleeping was good. In the past several years, we (me and my three generational family) have rented VRBO’s in Flagstaff six times and this is our favorite.

What a fabulous find!
This place is amazing. Not only was this place comfortable but it was super spacious. Everyone can have their own space if we wanted. We love the fact that we had the option to add or subtract rooms as we please. All the house supplies provided was everything we needed and more. Very happy with our choice to stay here and would highly recommend for anyone else to stay at this amazing place. Definitely renting this place out again when we have another snow trip up here.

An exceptional place for a skiing trip
We rented this property for 3 days during a skiing trip. Exceptionally clean and fully stacked with all the amenities. Lynne was such a great host, and promptly responded to all inquires (and proactively checked for us the road conditions between Phoenix and Flagstaff and ensured the snow on the driveway was cleaned of snow before we arrived). The unit is very well-maintained and nicely decorated. It was great to have the indoor garage. We had a fantastic stay.

This is a great location for everything. The house provides plenty of room for family activities. The neighborhood is safe. The host is so extremely helpful and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing to be aware of is to watch for deer. They do come out sometimes. Please try not to hurt them.

Fantastic property and Perfect Flagstaff stay.
The property was exactly as promised and Lynne was fantastic. Communication was 5 star and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Flagstaff. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of groomed hiking trails and close to all Flagstaff attractions. Less than 90 minutes to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. You will not find a better stay in Flagstaff.

Great Stay in Flagstaff
This house close to Snowbowl in Flagstaff was perfect for our stay. My wife and I, her parents and her sister spent a week in the beginning of summer exploring Northern Arizona and really appreciated returning to a comfortable and very nice home at night. Location was perfect for Flagstaff offerings, grocery, restaraunts and attractions. Close proximity to all highways made our day trips efficient as well. Host was extremely helpful and made our trip that much more smooth. Having some supplies in the home was an added perk. We plan to look for this property when we return.
