I booked 2 rooms for me and my son. The key didn't work on my son's room. Then they double booked his room. He was moved to another room. The key didn't work for it. When checking out, they used a credit card for my son's room that I had told them when arriving not to use because it had been compromised. He was embarrassed when checking out and had to wait for me to arrive to the desk to straighten it out. Would never use this hotel again.

Comfort Inn in Flagstaff has been our go to hotel for visiting our son who goes to NAu The hotel is nice inside rooms are comfortable, but a bit outdated We like close to campus and next to Fremont station where my son and his friends lived

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was a little dated but not terrible. Breakfast was really good. Coffee was outstanding! They have fresh cookies in the evening that were amazing. Friendly staff. Busy location but not their fault. We are staying here again at the end of our trip. Close to the airport!

The pool was a little small. However, the room was great and the feel for the property was amazing. There is plenty of restaurants around as well as shopping. I would definitely stay there again!
