I have stayed at this hotel before and I was shocked when I was greeted by a machine for check in and a surley video attendent. Then I was given at room in the "Bunk House" that was heated by a space heater, mouse droppings under the bed and about a foot space between bed and wall on each side. I'm guessing the entire room was under 150 sq ft. I'm pretty sure I won't book here again.

If you’re planning a visit to the Grand Canyon, staying at this Inn might be a last resort. While it offers proximity to the park, the overall experience falls short of expectations. The amenities are minimal, and the attention to detail in maintaining the property leaves much to be desired. If other lodging options are available, I’d recommend exploring those first. However, if this is your only choice, it could suffice for a short stay, provided you’re prepared for a more basic experience. With some improvements, this place has potential, but as it stands, it wouldn’t be my first pick for accommodations.

I read reviews that it’s hard to locate the place but we didn’t have any trouble finding it. We got the room with 2 queen beds and it was spacious enough. Parking was convenient! I wish there was a microwave inside the room to warm up our food. There’s a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. They have a bar too. Great and helpful staff! We stayed for 2 nights and explored the Grand Canyon!

You get what you pay for. It’s an economy hotel, but that doesn’t mean it should be dirty or have issues in the room. For example, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, the sheets don’t fit the bed properly, and the bathtub doesn’t work well.

The room was very pretty with the log bed furniture. Everything was clean and well cared for. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend! The only small things we didn't like were there was no microwave in the room, there was only one-ply toilet paper, and the hot and cold were switched on the sink faucet.

This property stinks literally. We were assigned room 121. Whatever chemicals used in there burned my eyes and the smell was horrendous. We could taste it. Front desk said they would send a repairman and he would tell them what to do. We left and went to the front desk because we just couldn’t breathe. We were assigned room 236 in another building. Same smell, just not as strong and bathroom light didn’t work. We went back to the front desk to let them know we were leaving the property. The clerk asked if we wanted a refund to which replied yes please. As she was trying she realized we purchased through Expedia and we would have to get our refund through them and the hotel would inform them why we left. I’m really not sure how this property ever got 4 stars. Very disappointed.

Really cute place. This place wasn't too bad but we came in November and the room is really cold and they dont have a heating systems. Another thing the toilet got clogged and there was nothings or anyone around to help with the dilema.
