Room was spacious with 2 queen beds of good size. Ample parking available. Safe area. Close to south entrance of grand canyon. Shower was quite dingy and hard to manage. Check in system was not rude but not polite either. No one was available for check out. No cleaning in the room offered throughout the stay. No water offered in the room. Restaurant at the property is not worth the prices.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was nice there’s a mini fridge and coffee maker but no microwave and hairdryer in our room although we managed without them. We liked that it’s only a short drive to The Grand Canyon.

The inn is quite secluded, although on roadside. There’s a restaurant in the inn, and a gas station in the premises. The front desk has been outsourced, so you check in digitally. The room was decent. The restroom was not well maintained, shower was malfunctioning. If you’re looking for a cheap, affordable place to crash for the night, it’s decent. It’s half hour away from Grand Canyon south rim so if you’re planning to visit that, it’s a decent place to stop overnight.

It is a pretty old building. It is not as clean as it should. For the price sometimes is a bit expensive compared to newer buildings.

The property is a little dated, but the staff was great, the restaurant and bar area were clean and had all we needed. We had an issue with a light and without a doubt, the response was outstanding. We had someone in the room to fix it within 10 minutes and was repaired within 20. It was an amazing service recovery. Again, I cannot say enough that the staff at the restaurant, bar and desk were all outstanding!!! Thanks for a great visit.

It’s hard to find an affordable hotel near the Grand Canyon and this achieved that main goal for me. It doesn’t have the amenities that other hotels have (poor internet and TV services, bad lighting in the rooms) and probably hasn’t been updated since it was built but as long as expectations are appropriate, this hotel achieves its purpose.

Our room (My son and I) was across the street in the annex building. We had the Jonny Cash room. From the outside it looked worn and rugged and the stair rails need some repair (2nd floor). Once inside however the room was exceptionally clean, old school vigas/wood/adobe motif. TV had some issues but we got it straightened out. Hot water was instant and never faltered, beds were comfy, and it was quiet. The restaurant in the main building was decent and the service was really good. It is an out of the way location with no other lodging within 30 miles effectively. The Hotels.com website list it in Williams, however it is 30 miles north in Valle. All in all a decent experience for a two night stay with my young son. There is a Flintstones/Bed Rock attraction right next door. A bit cheesy but fun watching my little guy enjoy it. Fred's diner is pretty good too!

This was a nice place to stay for a local facility. The rooms were clean and spacious. We ate at the restaurant that evening. It was very good both food and service. A little pricey but I guess you expect that.
