Not very handicap friendly. I had to park quite a way from our room, making hard to unload. Older but some up grades. Whoever did the floor planks left hugh gaps my husband call bug runs.

Great Experience
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to answer questions or help. The room was clean and breakfast was great. The price was even better. The location is beautiful. I will stay everytime I drive through Flagstaff in the future. Even the other guests were nice. I had a hard time parking my Uhaul pulling a car on a trailer and one of the other guests immediately helped. Great Experience all around!
