The room was dirty. Took off shoes walked to bathroom and back bottom of socks were black. “Handicap” room had 1 bed across the doorway to the bathroom. Lite breakfast did not exist.

The bed linen were so smelly as if was washed without detergent. Ever. We arrived late and were exhausted, so we didn't go back to reception to have the bed changed. No shower gel, just a tiny piece of soap. The cleaning personnel was putting their face against the window, staring at us while we were still in the bed at 8:40, it startled me and felt weird and uncomfortable. However, the reception was nice and polite, check in was a breeze.

Williams is a great town. The hotel itself has comfortable beds, but other than that you wouldn’t want to spend any extra time in this hotel; the room smelled like smoke even though it was a no-smoking room, the shower and floors were dirty, and they don’t do housekeeping. Also, they promised 24 hour desk service but it was very hard to contact the property staff for check-in because we arrived after midnight. For us college kids on a low budget, it was suitable for visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona areas.

Horrible stay, don’t stay here. The motel is very run down. Dirty and unkept. Front doors were splitting at the bottom. We booked a non-smoking room, but you could clearly smell that someone smoked there before. Dirty bathtub and stained towels. TV remote falling apart and someone tried to fix it with a sticky tape. Bed frame had metal parts sticking out. Mattress was old and beyond further use. No screens in the windows so we were unable to open the window as someone would just be able to get into the room. Would never stay again and recommend against anyone else staying there.

Ok for overnight, not super clean...
We were just here for a few hours overnight. Great spot for a jump off point to get to the Grand Canyon in the morning. I was surprised that local calls were not available from the room - normally, this would be a non-issue but this time it was an inconvenience. Also, the small refrigerator in the room was turned off (though it did cool down normally once we turned it on), and it needed a good cleaning - found mould on the fridge interior. The room itself was clean and the coffee, juice and granola bars provided in the morning before check-out was a welcome surprise.

I understand I get what I paid for, but the room we stayed need a serious repair. Shower knob was broken so we couldn't use the shower head. Dust everywhere, and towel has gray stains. I chose this place as we needed budget option to put our stuffs while we go on hiking but I wouldn't stay here again nor recommend my close friends to stay here.

The hotel was definitely not worth 300$ a night . It’s old hotel no continental breakfast They had orange juice and granola bar that’s it . The room smelled like mold Very disappointed And definitely not worth the amount we paid
