Exterior of property deceiving but clean. Once you are parked in the back and up the newly built stairs, you enter into a beautiful and recently renovated floor. Our room was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed at. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. King bed very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. The Owner is very pleasant.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior of this property. The apartment we had was excellent. Fully equipped for a longer stay if required. And great ice cream in the store below. Highly recommended.

Excellent two bedroom apartment unit. Impeccably clean and modern. Very comfortable king and queen beds. Two large sofas. Three large flat screen TVs. Ceiling fans above beds. Heat pump. Washer / Dryer. Lovely outlook. Convenience of groceries and food downstairs. IMHO, you’ll be hard pressed to find better accommodation. Run by very friendly folks, too.

It was great to have an entire 2 bedroom apartment. It included a washer and dryer so we could wash clothes while relaxing in the livingroom. We were able to walk to dinner and breakfast as there are restaurants nearby.

At Seventy one it was very difficult for my husband to carry up Luggage up A lot of stairs. Arriving at the hotel, we walked through a grocery store and were told that this was the hotel. But when we got upstairs, it was very modern very clean and very lively suites. There should have been an explanation as to To walk through a grocery store first we left the building once and searched the area and our GPS took us back to the same place. We just did not know we were at the hotel was recognizable. I must say, though the room was comfortable and had a Jacuzzi, a nice warming floor everything was very modern and well put together It was worth the effort once she got up there

This was such a hidden gem! We stayed here to go for a bike race held in Grand Falls, and there are limited hotels in the area. This one is by far the BEST one you could book. The room was beautiful and super clean. The staff were more than amazing, and we felt so welcomed while we were there. We will be back again for the next one! Thank you!

I really wasn't sure when we pulled up in the carpark. But what a fabulous place!!! We had the apartment and it was amazing. From the decor, to the amenities, it was better than some of the 5 star hotels we've stayed at. I highly recommend staying here

Our stay was for one night before ferry crossing to Nova Scotia. Unit is above a store same owner with ample parking was a full service newly renovated in a modern way one bedroom apartment. Very quiet after 10 pm. It is in the town a short ways from TCH. Brandan who also was operating store provided very friendly and helpful service. Will stay again.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was very well appointed and decorated in a modern and tasteful style. Nice Samsung appliances, including washer and dryer which was very handy. Brandon was very nice and welcoming. Renters should be aware as I was (by reading reviews) that the unit is located above a convenience store and takeout place. So if you’re not aware, you may be a little surprised. The comfort and how nice the apartment is well worth it. There was a very slight smell when I first opened the door - probably from the takeout place below but it wasn’t that much and I opened the window slightly which helped it clear out.
