We had a poor experience checking in and first room provided was not cleaned, the second room we got, the bed was not made well, fold out sofa bed was extremely dirty covered in stains we did not stay. The hotel did agree to a refund through Expedia so I appreciate that but not a three star hotel in my opinion

The room was dusty and not very clean. I luckily brought Lysol wipes so we were able to clean the room. Bedding was ok but the pillows were awful. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok but I only drink decaf coffee and that was not an option.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The only thing Iā€™d say is that the housekeeping forgot to empty the coffee pot from the guest before us but other then that the room was great!!!

The place was very run down.....lumpy tiny pillows, threadbare wash clothes, peeling office chair, no shower curtain (the staff did get me one when asked) stairwell was full of dirt, breakfast eggs had the consistency of mashed potatoes. Overpriced for the conditions of the hotel.

The place is nice, quiet and most especially the price is affordable. The room is very clean and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and their service is great. The only comment I can say was I saw the staff (who prepared the food) when sheā€™s transferring the bacon in the tray, she used her bare hand with no gloves on. She didnā€™t even used the tong insteadā€¦ but we still enjoyed our stay.
