December is the PERFECT time to plan your stay here and dive into fantastic activities happening in our area! There's something for everyone, no matter your age: Shop for unique finds at the holiday Kerstmarkt or the Christmas Market; Experience Winterfest in January and celebrate the New Year (bonfire bash, downhill ski competition, snowshoeing, sled race, Lakeshore Luau Extravaganza, beer and wine tasting). This has been a tradition for over 30 years. Join the magic as Santa Claus arrives in Downtown Holland during the huge dazzling Parade of Lights, featuring over 70 floats. You’ll enjoy the Santa Train and the Jingle Bell Parade. And don’t miss the chance to book tickets for a live performance of The Nutcracker ballet at Frauenthal Theater—truly a seasonal treat! There’s also time to book your Chris Tomlin CONCERT!

Portside Condominium is next to Wharf Marina and Yacht Club in Ottawa County. Near the Grand River Boardwalk. Go shopping in Spring Lake, or places nearby in
Norton Shores, Ferrysburg, Nunica, Fruitport, Holland, and Coopersville.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with attached full bathroom (shower only).
Master bedroom has USB ports in the nightstand for charging your cell phone, as well as the living room side tables.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo).
Third bedroom has loveseat (pull out couch, two-seater) and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo). Located on ground floor.
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on third floor.
1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom located on ground floor.
Portable Crib and Pack ’n play available.
All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and Alexa.
Bed and Bath linens provided.
Sleeps 6 adults.

20 minute walking, or 3 minute car ride to Imagination Station on Mulligan Drive. This wonderful place offers a parking lot if you want to drive. A huge outdoor playground for children with swings, slides, and an open field.
Craigs Cruisers bumper cars, DEFY indoor playground and Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon.
Visit the Ottawa County Parks Nature Center in West Olive.
