Room was TERRIBLE. Dogs have scratched up doors. Sink wouldn’t drain. Shower leaked. Furniture old and in rough shape. Comforter had holes in it. Outlets didn’t work. Bare bones. I mean BARE BONES. Room felt dirty and looked it too. Walls seemed dirty. Not enough pillows and towels for two people. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Snack machines empty. Breakfast was bare bones as well. The room DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES. Will not go back there.

When I first showed up he had a hard time finding me on the computer. When we get to the room, bed on closest to the bathroom the comforter had burnt holes in it and a yellow stain at the top. The worst part I want to say is their breakfast it is not hot it's only breakfast sandwich in the refrigerator and some cereal

Light switch cover not installed, bathtub had black mold, bathroom sink had nothing to prevent items from dropping down the drain. I appreciate the fact they allow pets however the way our dog was smelling the bedspread it seems like they don’t wash it between customers. The breakfast was minimal, no hot food, no fruit a chairs were on the tables, this was at 730 am. They didn’t to seem prepared or care.

You false advertisement you showed pictures of the place that was un true the place was dirty mold in bathrooms dripping water WiFi did not work tv and electricity outlets not working and telephone not working and broken equipment left in rooms. Horrible smell it was disgusting. Service was good they did come fix things as they could. Plumbing is bad very run down. Stay somewhere else! Health department might want to inspect. Shady people living in parking lot.

Disgusting... where do I begin? Bed sheets were stained, hair on the sheets and pillows, carpet was filthy. Laundry room was filthy. We ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else. I have stayed in some bad places but this one left me stunned. The maintenance staff were more apologetic than the staff in the office... avoid this place.
