Elite place to stay!
Blown away. A little tricky to find at night but this place is well worth it. Clean, roomy, can easily take a family of 3-5 here. Great location too. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location and perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was right there. Loved driving downtown (a mile away maybe) for dinners and the fireworks for the fourth were a block away. Great location for the holidays. We explored the area and came away impressed! Thank you!!!!

The “penthouse” was perfect for my family of 4 when we were in town for a softball tournament. The location was super convenient to everywhere we needed to be and the house itself was perfect - clean and cool and exactly as advertised.

Best VRBO we’ve had
I’ve become weary staying at VRBOs based on our own experiences; however, this little charmer was just perfect. It was SO CLEAN! All drains and appliances worked well and I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. It is bigger than than I thought it would be - a first time pleasant surprise for me! The location is ideal and so close to all the places you will want to check out. Checkout requests were a breeze and we were on our way without spending more than 5 minutes doing what they had asked. I will definitely be recommending this place and hope to stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Cozy and comfortable get away
This is a fabulous location for a stay in Grand Junction and vicinity. Very private and quiet 2 bedroom apartment that is close to the University and downtown. Also close to orchards and wineries. We had a very nice time and can highly recommend it.

Our stay at the Little Purple Penthouse was exactly what we needed. We were in town to help our daughter move into the dorms a CMU and the location was perfect. The property was clean, quiet and easy to find. We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Great little apartment space
This small apartment was over a garage and was perfect for myself and two teens who were out all day for a CMU camp. It was cool and quiet and super close the the university. The kitchen had the basics for cooking in. Thanks so much!

Perfect proximity to Stocker Stadium
We were in town for a high school track meet, and the stadium was right across the street. We also had a nice walk into town (a little over a mile) for dinner as well as being super close to Lunch Loops trails for a bike ride the next morning. We’d definitely stay here again.

Mountain Biking Getaway
Four of us stayed at this place. There was plenty of room. There were three beds, me and my adult son stayed in the king size bed and the other two took the bunks. The kitchen was nicely supplied. It is a great location close to a beautiful park and the Colorado Mesa University stadium, baseball field, and a pool. Just minutes away from great mountain biking trails!

Nice little place for the weekend
We needed a place for the weekend for a wedding in town. This ended up being in a perfect location. It was only 10 mins from our friends parents house and 10 mins from the wedding venue. Lots of near by restaurants or fast food. We had a good time and a nice stay
